I automatically said "no, I was told $5" and the guy kept saying "show me , show me" than started yelling at the man that originally gave me the $5 quote and told me that they weren't going to service me anymore. I got upset because he was yelling at the kind man and told him that I would pay $10 not $15 and to stop yelling at the man . I genuinely feel bad for the worker that got yelled at and this situation could've been handled way better if he had come to me with respect. Instead he ran over to me and started yelling . As for the kind man I wish him nothing but the best and he deserves better working conditions than that crap hole of a place . Would give 0 stars if I could but unfortunately the lowest I can give is 1

He showed up a few minutes early, and he got to work. He replaced the tire and checked the air the remainder of the tires within an hour. I'll absolutely will use him next time I need mobile tire repair. I'm glad this service exists, and I don't worry about towing my car to a repair shop.

So I proceeded to start changing my tire to put the spare on and Tommy came over asked me what was wrong and said he would go and check to see what he can do to help. He then came back and said that he could take my car in right away. He did all of that not knowing if my tire was an America's Tire or not. But yes my tire was bought there and he not only fixed my tire he checked all of the rest of the tires made sure that all tires had air and got me back on the road rather quickly. I am very thankful and appreciative of all of Tommy's great customer service! And for him not turning me away when his other coworker did.

The store is huge, very clean, and seemed to have plenty of employees working. It took a little while to get to me since they already had a lot of scheduled appointments, but once I met Pedro, everything went smoothly. He took great care of me and answered my questions while I decided which tires to buy. What really impressed me was that they had already pulled my car into the service bay and started working while I was making my decision. After I chose my tires and paid, I sat down expecting the usual long wait. To my surprise, about 10 to 15 minutes later, my car was ready to go. I was completely shocked. I've spent hours waiting at other tire shops, but not here. These guys work efficiently and provide great customer service. Sure, they mention a few additional products and services, but what tire shop doesn't? The difference is they're not pushy about it at all. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely be back.

This was my first time coming here but I did so because my co-worker recommended Mission Tire…read morebecause he has been coming here for years. I hate trying to find honest car spots for my car needs. I came all the way from Livermore because he said this place was worth it. Well, he was not wrong! It only took a little less than 2hrs for me to get a set of new tires and an alignment. The environment is comfortable and all of the staff I interacted with is so kind! They didn't mind that I set up my "office" in their waiting room so I can work while they did the job. There were some senior citizens waiting and the staff showed them so much respect and kneeled down to speak with them to show they were not just "customers" but, they are there to take care of them. That touched my heart. After my car was done, I was told that I get free tore rotations and that they can also do an oil change at the same time as it is recommended to do both at once to keep everything top notch. I will FOR SURE make the drive to Hayward to do that every 3,000 miles! If you need a reliable, honest, & quick place for your tire/car needs, this is the place!

When I called to set up the app't I chatted with Deven, who was also very helpful and ordered the part I needed ahead of time to make sure the process was as easy as possible for me. Both of these guys gave professional service. All in all I was happy with the service I received.

i held off on making this review but idc anymore... i took my car to pep boys to replace the brake…read morepads & at first i thought maybe it was bc they were short staffed the day i was told to bring it in. the day i brought my car in, everything seemed fine and the job seemed to have been PROPERLY done.. however, i noticed after they gave me my car back, i still had really bad squeaking (yes i know new brakes squeak esp if they're wet) but because i couldn't stand listening to the squeaking of my brakes, i took matters into my own hands and took off my wheel and the pads, i come to find that the "new" brake pads they installed had chipped on both the passenger and driver side pad. Also the hardware for said brake pad was sooo loose & when you get a set of pads, the hardware comes with... so i just see a whole lot of "lack of care" in the service that was done & not inspecting the product before placing it on the car is a rookie move imo. let's just say i won't be coming back & now that they fucked up and made me learn how to do my own pads, this is a lesson learned.

I appreciate the staff being honest about being unable to fix the tire since it's in the side wall, and it's illegal to fix it because the tire would explode if I drove over a pothole or a train track. I had a Michelin tire, and I lucked out that they happened to have a used Michelin tire in the same size. Front desk gal Jessica so nice! Really did a great job explaining things to me. They were quick to replace my tire, and I drove back to work safely.

I asked if he could retorque the lift kit after he Had some concerns on how my lift was Installed pointed out lots of mistakes and corners that had been cut. Bolts on wrong and even tac weld washers on lift . Did my alignment and gave me pointers on what I could do to save some money on small repairs I can do my self.
