I have fairly un-problematic skin that needed cleaning. Sveta did a great job, and gave an AMAZING face and shoulder massage. Seriously, my back knots didn't stand a chance. Takes her time removing my SNS and is great with shaping my nails. I've gone through 3 different shapes which have all looked great. The downside is that they don't spend a lot of time on the actual manicure. It's mostly removing polish and reapplying a new SNS polish. They don't focus on your cuticles or anything like that.
