We had the best time, the employees were very helpful, Tara, Cici, Rasha, Shirleen, and Anne in men's clothing. We can't wait to return to Penney's we live in Algonac and pass a Penney's in Chesterfield, because of the better selection of products & friendly staff.

Jeggings are jean leggings that are super stretchy feeling and comfortable- perfect for me. I usually do not stop in here because a lot of their apparel has the words Hollister written across it for $25-50, which is insane to me. I do not buy clothes to have the brand name written across in odd lettering. I stopped in for a comfortable $11 sweater my sister found at another location, and I was dissapointed to see they did not have it. I tried to get a worker's attention, but she was too busy chatting up her male coworker folding jeans. She saw me and ignored me, and I could not find any other workers on the floor. I decided to wait in line to ask about the sweaters that were similar to one I found in store - sadly they did not have them. I was still able to score a pair of jeggings and two plain shirts - one blue and one red. Oddly enough, the red one was $11.99 before sale and the blue $7.99. The guy tried to play it off as the red was "newer" which makes no sense because the shirts are the exact same. Even the original prices were the same - and I made him aware of the black being $7.99 as well. He told me that they were told to price it this way and could not change it. Sadly. I will include the shirts in photos- and I still bought it because I needed a red one. Oh well.

Then today I actually went into a store and held up a size one and it seriously looked like it was made for a 6 year old. So I grabbed a 3. Now the 3 fits like a 1. I got home and compared the two. They are THE EXACT SAME! It's not the numerical number that is the issue. The issue is the sizing keeps changing. A 1 this past year is now a 3. Why is it so hard to just keep things the same? Even their tops change in sizing but not nearly as often. Also, quality has gone way way downhill. Girls jeans have almost ZERO material. May as well just not wear pants!

Very little selection and what there is, is just crap. There is a better selection at Meijer, which is where I ended up. I wondered why the parking lot was so empty at 4pm and now I know. My family ussd to be obsessed with Kohls and after talking to them when I left, they said they haven't been there in years because it's just crap in there and they don't have anything anymore.
