He came over, gave us the price, we talked about its features and had a good conversation. He put it on hold for us since this was our first stop. We came back the following day to purchase it. He wasn't there but a nice, younger guy took care of us, ran the bike through their inspection and away we went. The cashier was very friendly during the purchase and the bike fit in the back of our SUV perfectly. When we got home, the seat hadn't been tightened so I slipped a bit as I got on the bike. We also had to adjust the handlebars and raise them up a bit. I thought Corey said they'd check those when we came to pick the bike up, but that's okay. We're pretty knowledgeable with bikes and took care of those ourselves. All in all it was a good experience and the bike was even on sale. To end this review... a comfortable bike was what I was looking for, the price was decent, so we ended up finding one that fits my needs.

Same day i ordered the bike I arrived in store for pickup and I got to pick out of two already built bikes. One had minor imperfections the other bike was perfect. I made sure they knew which exact bike and sale number code I wanted with no accidental switch up for the imperfect bike.. After orders were received and confirmed I'd for pickup. The bike got mechanically checked on spot for pre sale inspection, then off I was with my new bike to the front cashier and politely double checked before leaving the building! Overall great experience and the product is doing well so far.

He mentioned that he couldn't promise but if I brought the bike in he could check if they had the right part that they would help with that . Right when I walked in the associate that was there ( did not get name but he was bald ) he didn't seem happy to deal with me for some reason because he had a strong look on his face that I was bothering him . I let him know I spoke with Jonathan and he said I could get help with the part needed on this bike. He told me he doesn't know and that he's sorry if I misunderstood him and he did not help at all. This is a bike shop! I ended up going through all that hassle for nothing and he did not care . I went to ace hardware and they helped me get the part I needed . They were shocked that another bike shop didn't help with something they should have known. Very inconveniencing and very rude . I will NOT be referring others to this business. Consider going to another bike shop that wants to actually help their customers.
