They make It very easy, to get good results. I was very apprehensive of any diet program working, but I am now strong believer in this program, They are constantly talking about the life style changes you must make, which is the key to success on any diet program. The medicine that is used, suppresses your appetite to get you to the point of eating correctly. The 2 assistants Jessica and Crystal are very knowledgeable and are very easy to talk. I have never felt rush at any appointment, and they have all ways answered my question. They are not a big conglomerate/chain that just get you in and get you out, They have other add on things but they are not pushy at all. They will explain why they help, and allow you to decide. The owner Bret is hands on and has all ways followed up after each appointment, but at the same time he truly is their to see you succeed and does not just do it to try and push unwanted things on you. At first I thought it would be expensive, but when you factor in how much you save, (especially if you eat out a lot) the cost of the program is negligible. I know I have lost and kept off over 20 pounds and since the program has taught me to eat better it has made it much easier to keep it off. They said they accept Blue Cross Blue Shield and did an intake call and the staff member and then was scheduled for an intake with the doctor following Monday. Monday comes I inquire with their team about what time my appointment is and they text me that I'm no longer in network when I was approved the week prior and after I gave them all of my personal identifiable information and protected health information. they canceled my appointment via text without even asking me if I'd like to cancel and pay cash as they claim that's an option further lending proof that they were just looking to gather information and then cut me off and then they did not respond to me after their text.
