I was so happy when my daughter gifted me an upgrade to business class on my way to Europe. I was surprised to see that there wasn't much more leg room than economy but the seats were wider and comfy and there was only two seats to a row. During the flight I tried to go into First Class to talk to my daughter and was stopped at the curtain and told I couldn't go past the curtain even to talk to my daughter. However, she was able to come back to the "cheap" seats and brought me some fresh fruit from first class which was a nice gesture. Virgin Atlantic flights all seemed really welcoming and the staff members were all so happy! It is a totally different mood from American Airlines and you can obviously feel it. Our flights all went smoothly and had no issues! No delays at all and everything was just awesome! Food-wise wise we had a lot of unique items but I did enjoy the afternoon tea! I'm in the air, having just a light meal before landing from Heathrow to Miami, & already I want to tell you about the cabin crew team led by Cabin Manager Amanda Ahmed! Cabin crew members Shanice Noble-Phillips & Andrew Flowerday have done backflips to be kind to us & deliver all sorts of food for us. Yes, we ordered our meals but Virgin Atlantic doesn't let us select vegan & glutenfree. This causes the guests to go without a meal & the crew to try to make meal miracles, mid-air. Today we enjoyed so many foods, fruits, sorbet, etc. We told them not to make our food a priority, but they insisted & came through. They truly deliver hospitality. Virgin Atlantic's bathrooms are clean throughout the 10 hour flight and each of their crewmembers is professional & caring. Everytime we fly Virgin, we're so glad - we are feeling fresh & well cared for. Oh! Here come our pre-landing hot towels & we're feeling great! Gotta LOVE Team Amanda! read more

The lounges at LAX were very nice. Small and very healthy fresh food. The disappointment was my first class experience. There were a lot of first class seats. I would say close to 31. I felt like I was packed in like a canned sardine with no real privacy. The attendants were good but with so many people it seemed very chaotic. I took an overnight flight and tried to sleep. The seats were awkwardly designed so that you either laid flat to sleep or were upright. The movie selection were B level quality as well as the tv shows and games. The food was okay. We recently flew this particular VA airlines from LHR to Seattle. Originally my wife booked through Delta airlines but they use Virgin Atlantic flights specifically. She was sweating bullets bc we have flown internationally where a particular airlines does not feed you & would charge you extra. It was a flight from Barcelona to LAX. Unfortunately I don't remember what airlines that was. Yes I wanted to forget! Anywho our original flight had a five hour layover so my wife changed the booking a few days prior having us flying to a shorter layover so we could get home earlier! This made our checkin difficult. So we arrived at terminal 3 LHR like over 4 hours early. Good thing as it took us a line to wait for VA representative to assist us. She took us over to the First Class area for us to get us assistance after conferring with another VA worker. Good thing as the VA representative at First Class finally checked us in! Woohoo! We got through the security more quickly as my wife made sure our liquids were in 1 bag. We got to an area where you can wait in a lounge or shop in this particular area or eat a real meal. My wife went shopping & picked up snacks. Our gate appeared 1 hour prior to leaving LHR. We got to a specific area to checkin at the gate & we got loaded up in a bus directly to our VA plane. We did have to walk up the steel stairs in the lovely wet rain! We finally found our Economy Classic which the seats were a little bigger than the economy light. We were thankful. Our carryons were with us as they weighed 20 pounds exactly. We left on time & they provided us with a pillow, blanket & earphones. The entertainment was great as we are avid movie watchers & have kept up watching most of the latest movies. The plus was they served us drinks, snacks & SEVERAL meals plus a frozen popsicle during our 9 hours 25 minutes flight. We got back into USA right on time. Sure we didn't sleep much on the plane but we were definitely not HANGRY!!! Far from it. If we had a chance to book Virgin Atlantic again we would do it in a heartbeat. There was one other airlines that could have almost beat them & it was Philippines airlines. Surprised? Yes we were pleasantly surprised & very happy. My wife tends to sweat the small stuff! I think we just got blessed! Yay! Now if we could only get rid of this jet lag...aw life is short but we love to travel while we can! Woohoo! read more

For the most part, we have experienced good times using Virgin Atlantic airlines. Our latest Virgin Atlantic experience was a positive one. From London Heathrow Airport, we flew Virgin Atlantic non-stop to LAX. When we got to their spot at Terminal 3 in Heathrow Airport, the line to check in your baggage was very long. We had no issues printing our boarding passes at one of their many kiosks. From there, we made our way to the long line to check in our luggage. The line went by rather quickly which was an unexpected surprise. We had no issues with checking in our luggage as well. It was smooth sailing! The boarding process was also a breeze. Although the flight was completely booked, the time it took to board the plane was fast even though we booked economy/coach. The stewardesses provided excellent service the entire flight which took approximately 10 hours. Food was pretty good as well. We were served a couple of meals. Snacks and drinks were also given a few times throughout the trip. I watched plenty of movies too. Nice selection to choose from. Will continue to use Virgin Atlantic whenever the price is right. read more

After flying to Europe on a different carrier in business class, I was apprehensive about my Virgin Atlantic flight back home. Although we would be traveling in premium economy, I was not looking forward to sitting on a flight for 11 hours from London to Los Angeles without the opportunity to lie down! We tried and tried to do a points upgrade to upper class, but it was to no avail. It seems like Virgin releases availability sporadically as the date gets closer, but you have to get lucky to catch it at the right time. While a 11 hour flight can never be described as a true joy, I do have to say that the flight was very pleasant! In premium economy, our seats were well cushioned and fairly large. They were able to recline back and had a foot pedal to rest our feet on. It was overall a comfortable experience, especially because we sat in the last seats in the section so there was no one behind us to possibly kick our chair or bother when reclining. I had read that the new planes have a better regulated atmosphere with more humidity and less noise and I believe it. My husband and I were able to talk quietly while easily hearing each other and felt much less stuffy and dried out on this flight. What truly sets Virgin apart from others though is the service. The on-site crew was phenomenal. They were so friendly and joyful! We had a delicious meal (pre-selected to ensure we got our selection) as well as an afternoon tea to end our flight. Throughout the flight, we were also treated to a variety of treats including popsicles and a sandwich! The wander wall was a bit lacking, but the many treats along the way ensured we left feeling very full! Virgin provides a fantastic opportunity for flying at an affordable price point (especially if you are using mileage) and has a great option for those unable to travel in business class! read more

There aren't a lot of Virgins in London, but here's proof that there are Virgin Atlantics in London. Very fancy and amazing airline, but with affordable prices. I was very happy to use this airline to get to England and back this past year, and they were actually magnificent. I think it was mostly Delta (although it was operated by several airlines), because they seem to be running in conjunction with Air France and Virgin these days, but I have to give massive credit to Virgin for being so great. read more

This review covers the recent flight from Johannesburg to London on Virgin Atlantic. After an OK lounge experience (with Bunny Chow!), Gayle and I a relatively organized boarding experience and settled into our individual business class pods for overnight flight. CONS - Both Gayle and I found our pods to be a little tight comfort-wise and with not a lot of within reach room to put or store things. - Half the "fun" was figuring out how the seat lean back and lay flat functions worked. The there was the interesting interplay between the TV screen and the dining tray. - The business class pod configuration in our section ( 2 rows across from each other)was a bit wide open in terms of overall privacy. I know, 1st world issues..... +/- - As this was an overnight flight, the desire for sleep outweighed having an 8:30 PM dinner. I opted for the cheese plate and wine and called it a night. Breakfast was around 2 AM London Time (there's a 2 hour time difference between South Africa and the UK) which I was happy to be awake for. PROS - Once our pod was in full flat mode, I experiences a pretty solid and comfortable sleep. - Virgin Atlantic staff were very professional, friendly, and efficient. - The food (for what I had overnight) was quite good and better than expected. read more

Over $2k was not enough for them. , They canceled flights, change flight times, their app is worthless, their customer service on the phone has you on hold for over an hour, their representatives of both airports LAX and Heathrow horrifically rude and I don't worry they're going to charge you for every single thing. I'm surprised they allow you to breathe. Now, for international economy flight I was told that there was a mistake made and the airline had it booked under economy, light, which only let you carry up to 20 pounds. They counted my jacket in my food items as another item each. I was told by customer service that this would not be an issue however, in person and at Heathrow and at LAX. I have not experienced such extremely rude customer service. Very expensive flight with a very poor customer service. If you want to be treated this poorly you're better off, just knowing about it in advance. very eager to charge you $75 to eat for a carry-on bag of food if you're caring food or jackets. it seem like the documentation with an airline was different than what I was given by my travel agency however the travel agency went out of business so I could not reach them. Normally I would connect in Amsterdam but got a good deal on Virgin UC via Heathrow. No Clubhouse but I knew that, didn't expect to have to wait in a line for the Sky Club though. Plane was a 350-1000 so only 4 rows of UC. I was in 4K which did not operate correctly (on an 8 hour plus night flight!) - another seat was also giving trouble - all on a 3 week old plane! Only saving grace were the crew who were exceptional Boarding and deplaning or via the second doors so all UC have to wait until PE disembark - no more first to Immigration Arrivals lounge would sort me - yeah right! Burst water main no reciprocal agreement "but I can walks downstairs with you and get you a coffee" I just decide to never make the mistake of using Virgin again but they send me a "survey" - I tell them and they are "very sorry and hope I'll use them again" Yeah right! read more

My uncle redeemed miles for my mom and my brother to fly to London for a week and somehow, I got roped in to help with the seating arrangements and the immigration forms and all of that nonsense. I think because I travel a lot, they consider me an expert. Okay, so here we go. It's time to check in and there's an error on the Virgin booking page. I call first thing in the morning and after 20 minutes on hold, I get a representative and explain that we can't check in. He looks at the ticket, confirms everything is fine and says, "That's just a security thing. The ticket counter agents will be able to clear that up at the airport after they check your passports. No worries!" Well, he was wrong. At the Delta ticket counter (because the first leg of Fort Myers to Atlanta to London was a Delta codeshare), the Delta agents said that they can't help. "It's a Virgin Atlantic issue and it's their ticket. ONLY Virgin can fix it. You need to call them." With 80 minutes until departure, we dialed Virgin America's 800 number and waited on hold. And waited. And waited some more. After 35 minutes, I hung up and called the Delta Diamond Desk (I'm a Diamond in the Delta Medallion program) and said, "I'm not flying and I know there's nothing you can do, but maybe you have an escalation number at Virgin you can give me?" She replied, "I'll call the partner desk and see if they can help." 22 minutes later, she came back to me and said that they'd fixed it and we could check in. With 15 minutes before departure, we had boarding passes printed and they were jogging through TSA security. They boarded at final call and the doors closed immediately after. If I was not a Delta Airlines Diamond Medallion, they would absolutely have missed their flight. Oh, and the root problem was that VS had reissued the tickets when they upgraded Economy to Premium but the ticketing department didn't do it right. Lesson: It you can't check in online, it's probably for a reason. Give yourself extra time before departure to sort that out! Do better, VS. I called and you said it was fine when it wasn't. My girlfriend and I took a non-stop service from Seattle to London Heathrow. I fly very frequently, but it was my first time to be on Virgin Atlantic. Overall, I am very happy with the experience. FLEET The plane looked brand new both inbound and outbound flight, and it was clean and well maintained. DIFFERENT CABINS The only noticeable difference between (regular) economy and economy delight is the legroom. You get 3 inch extra (https://www.virginatlantic.com/gb/en/virgin-experience/cabins/seat-comparison.html#table). I thought Virgin's "Economy Delight" was comparable with "Delta's Comfort +." If you can afford it, you may want to go for "Premium." It's not like Business class, but "Premium" class seemed clearly better than "Economy Delight." They have pre-flight drink service, etc. FOOD We can't expect much in Economy, but I would say the food was as good as it could get in Economy. The chicken curry I had on my way back was actually very good. CABIN ATTENDANTS All the flight attendants were polite yet pleasant. ENTERTAINMENT There were quite a few movies, TV programs, and games to choose from. There were some old "classic" movies, but there were a good number of new movies. CONCLUSION If I have a choice, I would fly Virgin Atlantic. Flew Virgin Atlantic in Upper Class from London to LA. The concept is fantastic, the implementation is far from perfect. They have their own entrance at Terminal 3. Very nice, avoiding the rush while checking in. Great idea and well done. Went to the lounge. Again a great idea, but the service was SLOW! 20 minutes to get a latte. Just give me the machine. I cannot wait 20 minutes for a latte. The lounge does not have adequate seating, the service is slow and the variety is just not there. Flew the 787-9 airplane. It is a fantastic plane. The pressure in the cabin is at 6000 ft which does not dehumidify you nearly as much as regular planes. The seating arrangement in Upper Class is terrible. It maximizes public engagement rather than giving you privacy. The seats have to be turned upside down to become lie-flat seats - You have to see it; wow what a disaster. The bar area is interesting but in reality, I would rather have more seating space. The inflight entertainment system is good, but the selection was out of date and after 5 hours it stopped working. For an 11 hour flight 6 hours without IFE is not great. The food selection was very good. I had the tomato soup and the chicken linguine. Both dishes were tasty and cooked just right. Had the Chardonnay with the meal. It was OK, but not a fantastic wine. The air hostesses were mainly curvy young women that wore shirts that were 1-2 sizes too small. I think Virgin is trying to be creative, but the actual implementation is not great. I would rather see a little less creativity and a follow through on the implementation. read more

Horrible. I booked a flight in 2021 with a special deal to rebook by 12/31/23 due to covid restrictions. When I just tired to book it I was now told I had to travel by 12/31/23 which is not what I was orginally told. I am done w/ Airlines who lie and deceive their clients. I've traveled many different airlines and Virgin is by far the best. The are accommodating when traveling with a family. Every time we fly we get the same high level of treatment bulkhead seats, the flight attendants always offer to block off a row so I can lay the baby or children down! The frequent flyer could do with a major overall to compete with others but my experiences are all top notch. read more

This was our maiden flight on Virgin Atlantic 2 weeks ago. We flew nonstop from SFO to Heathrow & back. We were surprised the flight times were so short, only 10 hrs back home. On our return flight home, actually we were using 2 seats as the Premium section was not full. So one of the bathrooms was also available. We flew Premium Economy, the seats are huge, especially for us small-frame Asian-Americans. The food is very good, especially for the ice-cream, which for us Americans is a popsicle. My wife got beer, tea, water, whiskey and didn't have enough for all of them. The dessert was too sweet for us. All the departures were on time, the service was good. I think they boarded the plane from the backside to front, which makes more sense. They serve drinks throughout the night. They did run out of the English beer. There's a snack/drinks setup, they call it some kind of wall, grabbed a bunch of chips for hotel munching. And yes, the cute salt & pepper plane shakers, of course we kept them as souvenirs. We were also impressed how one male steward kept cleaning the bathrooms. I also like the blue tint lighting in the plane. I think the windows also darken by themselves. Virgin Atlantic would be our 1st choice when we do return to London again. read more

This airline lost our luggage. Things happen that are sometimes out of your control. What bothers me most is the lack of caring from this airline. No calls no texts no emails from Virgin Atlantic. They make it clear they could not care any less about ruining your vacation. If an airline cannot perform and live up to their responsibility they should not be allowed to function. read more

--Prior to flying, I tried to change the flight online. The website did not allow it. After three days of trying, I finally got to Chat with an actual human being (not a lame, useless Chat Bot), who told me it would be 6k to change a flight in the same class. At the airport three employees told me that Economy Delight gave us no privileges for check in and boarding ( which means this directive comes from corporate). Only when I showed them it was promised on your ad, on my phone, did they allow us the privilege we paid extra for. Our gate agent greeted us by telling us, "I hate this company" and the remaining ground crew in JFK couldn't have been more apathetic. Truly a horrible experience. NEVER AGAIN. read more

We were stuck at JFK and lost 24 hours of our dream vacation to the British Isles all because this airline canceled our connecting flight to London. We had to spend $400.00 to stay at the TWA Hotel which we could walk to. The customer care center refused to compensate us for the overnight expense and take any responsility for the disruption of our holiday. I love this airline. I've flown with them at least twice. USA to London and back. The first time was Upper Class - that was magnificent - I still dream about it. I will abstain from describing it - you don't need to know what you are missing. Sometimes I wish I'd never have seen what goes on up there at all... However, reverting back to Economy was quite alright. Virgin Atlantic consistently provides some of the best airline meals I've ever had. They give you multiple snacks throughout the transatlantic flight. They walk around regularly with water in addition to the beverage service. They have complimentary beer and wine. Their flight staff is very friendly. They have a great selection of movies and TV shows to watch. Their seats are pretty comfortable. I am a big fan. read more

This is our first time flying with Virgin Atlantic. We booked our flight from Honolulu to Heathrow Airport thru Delta Airlines. Layover is in LAX via Delta Airlines and from LAX to Heathrow was thru Virgin Atlantic. The economy class was far more spacious compared to other airlines that we used in the past. The legroom is also bigger that other aircrafts. The 10 hr-flight from LAX was tedious but the free movies kept me entertained during this super long flight. You can even send text messages thru your monitor. Food is served almost every 2 hrs so we were stuffed. Flight crew are all friendly and helpful. We were served unlimited beverages including white and red wine. There was also wifi that cost about less than $10 but didn't use it on this flight so unable to rate the quality of their wifi. The only thing negative that I can think about when we flew back home when we had to pay our baggage. I asked why we had to pay when there are 4 of us (myself, my husband, and 2 children) flying, and international flight should have 2 free check-in luggage allowed with limitbof 23kg each. Also, when we we flew from HNL to LHR we checked in one luggage with no fee. Now that we were flying back, we have exactly the same luggage, so why do we have to pay the luggage fee? Should it be the same rule applies?? As per Virgin Atlantic we booked a flight coming back to Honolulu that doesn't include baggage. We were charged $45. If we used Delta Airlines coming back as per agent it would have been free!!! So be very careful when you book your flight thru Delta Airlines as it wasn't told to me by the booking agent when I called Delta Airlines when I personally booked our flight via telephone. Virign is my preferred transatlantic airline though my relationship with them has gone up and down over the years. It's strange that the transatlantic market is fiercely competitive but the choice of airlines isn't the greatest unlike, for example, flights to the Far East. I think the North American airlines try to compete on price but their planes are old with poor entertainment systems. BA live up to their title of Bloody Awful with ideas of warm customer service dating back to the Ice Age. There are some small unusual airlines with better service like Air New Zealand but they don't have much choice of flight times. So, I've grown to appreciate Virgin. They have a decent fleet with entertainment systems that deliver 50+ on demand movies (including latest movies still in the cinema), TV shows, games etc. The service is warm and helpful. It's slightful more expensive but they have a very good loyalty points system As the journeys are all long haul, you accumulate points quickly and you can also collect points via partner car hire companies and hotels. These can then be exchanged for free flights (well, you pay the taxes, which actually comes to almost half the full price of the ticket), free upgrades or to get some money off. You can start getting money off with only 2000 miles on your card. However, one problem is that the number of free seats or free upgrades are limited per flight, so you do have to get in quick if you want to use your points in this way. I've also got their credit card which allows me to accumulate loyalty miles more quickly. You can also use the miles for other partner airlines and companies The downs have been a deterioration of the quality of food. The main meal is still OK but the pre-landing snack is now an inedible heated up roll. I've also noticed some of the staff being occasionally snappy with passengers especially with the draconian pre-flight takeoff procedures. However, Richard Branson, I salute your vision in creating this airline and in keeping it going in the teeth of fierce competition, not all of it legal. read more

We're big fans of Virgin America, so naturally we were excited that our flight home from LHR to SFO we booked through Costco Travel was actually a Virgin Atlantic operate flight (though had to check in through Delta's site, etc). The woman who helped us at LHR check in our bags was actually working the Virgin Atlantic desk. I just don't like the gate set up at LHR, but I don't think that's their fault. There if you have to use the restroom, you better be sure you go before they scan your ticket at the gate for you to wait in the waiting room. Then the restroom took a few minutes to walk to. I didn't know this at first and she scanned me in then told me and then "disboarded me" to use the bathroom. This was the only airline I've taken that gave us a bottle of water while we were walking down to the plane. They did a good job of feeding us on the plane too and were very friendly. Legroom was okay and the bathrooms seemed a little cleaner than others I've taken. When I called about a week or two before our trip, I can't quite remember, but I called asking something, and they said that they didn't have some of the information, or whatnot, but that we were confirmed, etc. I think that this may have been due to us flying different carriers or whatnot, but it all was fine. We didn't experience any hiccups with them on the flight or before and we got to SFO a little earlier than the expected arrival time. All in all, I am very pleased with Virgin Atlantic and highly recommend them for your travels to/from the UK. Best international flight experience I've had so far. read more

Ive done Virgin America a ton of times and they have a very specific hip ethos they try for. Now Atlantic does something similar but in a much more British way. I sat in the back of the top cabin of a. 747 and had a pretty solid trip as the top has few people and was good for sleeping. In the way back i was at the back of the bottom and had my own row with a cute Scottish attendant from Glasgow. Bonus! I had both good flights where sleep was achieved and was plenty rested when i hit the ground. read more

2nd time's not the charm for me. I've taken Virgin Atlantic twice and I'm pretty sure I'm done with the airline. I wasn't too impressed on my initial experience and after our most recent LAX-LHR flight, I definitely have sworn off this airline. First off, their rules for carry on baggage change on a daily basis, so it seems. I'm not sure what their deal is, but they are very, very picky as to how much you can bring on board with you (not every airline is this way, sad to say, although a lot of them are cracking down). Secondly, I didn't find their customer service at the counter or inflight to be anything special. Third, their food? Wow. Can you even call that a MEAL? I've never seen such small portions on a flight before. EVER. Wow. I was STARVING by the time we landed both coming and going, something that's NEVER happened to me before. Not a fan. read more

Oh the horror stories. I must say with Emily Y that the 2nd time was not the charm for me either. My first trip here to London on Virgin Atlantic was already full of fail in so many ways. and my trip back honestly was no different. I flew Virgin and insisted on Virgin since Virgin America is so awesome in the U.S. I guess it is different over the Atlantic ocean ... My flight was delayed at first for 20 minutes, then 30 ... then an hour and another hour after that. We were locked up in a hot, 80+ degree cabin (according to the thermometers around the plane) and basically given very little water and no food at all. We were not told what was going on, except that certain engineers were coming on board or on stand by or something. Then we were told that we might not fly out at all because there was a certain "flying window" that we get, and if we are outside of that window we don't get to do anything! This is very upsetting since when you fly these great distances, you have specific reasons for wanting to come back or go somewhere on a specific date. You have reservations and rides and hotels and all kinds of things booked. This was so unacceptable. After almost 5 hours and within 20 minutes of our flying window, we were finally off. Virgin Atlantic is the perfect way to go when flying non stop SEA-LHR. This is my flight of choice as the staff is great, I sleep like a baby in Premium Economy and you're continuously spoiled throughout the flight when you are awake. Champers on arrival, lots of good snacks, a cute little travel bag. I upgrade whenever I get the chance as they often have really good deals! When checking in at Sea-Tac the staff has been great. In London they are also nice but today for some reason it was a mess of a situation. It's a bit painful to have to go to multiple stands just to pay for your upgrade or overweight baggage. Ended up running around from person to person just to have someone take my money! Apart from that it's a great experience, particularly in the air. Always have great movies to pick from and keeps you entertained throughout your flight. read more

I booked with Virgin my return trip to NY. I decided to book premium Economy for a little bit extra money. And it's definitely worth it. Super fast check in, no queue to enter the plane, super friendly stuff, extra leg room, glass of prosecco to start the journey with, delicious food and snacks, unlimited alcohol and a vast selection of films and tv show on demand. To be honest I was quite disappointed that the flight was over so quickly....if you can consider 7h a short journey. Ohhh....and what's most important, camels fly for free :) read more

I had a really nice and comfotable flight from London to Miami. Personal monitors for games, music, movies. Great succession of drinks, food, and snacks. And, good service. The only thing I can complain about was that you could not hear the announcements in economy. read more

Don't bother!! Read the other reviews. YOU ARE TREATED LIKE CATTLE. Tried to upgrade coming and going.... Said all upgrades were taken both times. When you go to book your seat( reserve it on-line) they charge you $55.00 per person to obtain a confirmed seat on their airline. I HAVE NEVER SEEN THIS BEFORE WITH ANY AIRLINE, and we are HUGE INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS . I have literally been allllll of the world! They cram you in tiny economy seats , even though we tried TWICE to upgrade. When you go to book your seat on- line and pay $55.00 per person to hold a seat, they tell you that most seats are " already taken." The seats are already taken no matter how in advance you " buy" each seat. When you get on board, if you push the flight attendant light( 3 times exactly), they shut off your light from their galley. They ignore any requests you have for any little thing. If you ask for extra ice, they bring 3 pieces of ice in a cup. I/ WE WILL NEVER FLY THEM AGAIN. Virgin Atlanta should take note of how Singapore and Cathay Pacific run their airlines!!!!!Singapore in a 5- star airline next to Cathay Pacific. Virgin Atlantic is a one- star airline. Good luck maintaining customers. I am done!!! Oh, I almost forgot that we were charged$350.00 one way for our baggage( along with the$55.00 charged twice for 2 passengers checking in on- line for confirmed seats). Then on our return flight.... Are you ready for this????? We were charged OVER $500.00( YES, you heard the correctly, over $500) to check our luggage on our home trip. So for the flight coming and going, we paid well over $850.00 to check our luggage. YES, over $850.00!!!! I have the receipts to Prove it!
