Sheisters. I went to VBD because they promised to use anestheti without graphene oxide. Months later, I saw their dental notes. On both occasions they injected me with anesthetics that DO contain this horrendous metallic toxin, and I did not find out until months after thee fact. It spreads throughout the body, and I have missed the window of opportunity. Be prepared for mortgage-like bills, and deceit that masquerades as functional "care." They don't give a darn about the patient - it's all about the image that allows them to inflate their prices. Caveat emptor.​ read more

Used to be a great place!! Work performed was like no other!!! Top notch!! Dr. Hart is one of the best. Unfortunately there seemed to be a revolving door that made it less desirable to utilize. I went twice. My wife is scared of dentists and when we signed up they seemed to be great. I went in for a cleaning and they essentially took a waterpik to my teeth. Afterwards they said they took insurance for cleanings but nothing else. I came back two months later for another cleaning, as they said they needed it to be regularly. They said they didn't take insurance anymore and that I would have to pay out of pocket. I told them I would do that and cancel my upcoming appointment since I don't like how I was never notified they would stop accepting it. My wife then cancelled her appointment with a lot of notice, even expecting to not get her deposit back. She is now, after a year, being sent to collections for a appointment she cancelled in due time. This place is a scam and they deserve the worst. read more

Well I thought this would be a good place to go and get dental work done but they just sent me a letter saying don't come back, I'm assuming because I don't want to do Invisalign. I looked past the smallness and outdatedness of the office because I've heard great things about her but that letter hurt my feelings and if there was a problem she could have talked to me the day of my appointment to get my permanent retainer out. Invisalign is extremely expensive and they told me I would have to make a $500 down payment to even find out what my payment would be after that month to month. read more

I had an implant removed in the spring of 2021so the dentist there does not perform surgery. A traveling dental surgeon was brought in to perform the job. He was awful, I thought that he was going to break my jaw bone. I should have been referred to a competent surgeon. While in the middle of the procedure the assistant had to run and get a tool, so unprofessional. After the procedure I was left on my own shocked and in pain as the assistant seemed more interested in the surgeon than in me and my well being. To add insult to injury, I was not given any after care instructions. If my friend who brought me there had not gone back in because I left a personal item, I would have left not knowing precisely what to do. I was told to use ibuprofen for pain which is like putting a band aide on an open wound. The pain was excruciating for an entire week, worst pain I have ever felt. The cost of the services there also are not warranted for the level of care given. I was never very comfortable with dentist and now I feel near petrified to go to any of them, yet I must go. Also did not really want to write any negative comments but this type of negligence needs to be made known. read more

Just had a terrible experience here. Though the hygienist/dental assistant was absolutely wonderful, Dr Hart was not. As we were headed out the door for our appointment, I received a call "offering" an appointment 30 minutes later than scheduled. Since I had a meeting soon after, I declined and all was well. When we arrived on time, my 8 yr old was brought back (and insisted that I come back with him) and started on O2. He waited in that chair, without being able to see me, anxious about the work that was about to be done for almost 30 minutes. So-this tells me the dentist knew she was going to be late-but that was not clear when I was offered a later appointment. Once Dr Hart finally arrived, she turned on the NO2, numbed my son's gum and gave him the shot of Novocain. Not one minute later, she gave him another shot of Novocain and proceeded to attempt to extract his tooth. After less than 2 minutes for either comfort measure to take effect. After my son's third scream, I asked that she maybe take a break and give him a chance to calm down (his pulse was over 115 at this point). It was at this time that she decided she would not be doing the procedure and would refer him out. She didn't want it "traumatize him". Too late, Dr Hart. Now we have to try to convince my 8 year old that what he experienced was not typical (or even remotely acceptable) dentistry. Please spare yourself (and your kids) and find someone who doesn't let her own tardiness impact your child's safety. I hate to think what would have happened had I not been nearby for my son. In a wild turn of events, Dr Hart has yet to take any responsibility for her wrongdoing--or the harm/trauma she caused my son, but she did take the time to file a false report to CPS. Apparently seeking out "the best holistic dentist in the area" is a form of medical negligence. I hope that this post will spare someone else the most unnecessary drama and disaster that my experience with this unprofessional woman has amounted to. read more

My experience with Dr. Hart and her team was exceptional! Amber is an incredible assistant who takes the time to explain what is occurring and works seamlessly with Dr. Hart. Super friendly staff. I did not have to wait but about 5 minutes to fill out paperwork mainly. I had been scared because my previous dentist refused to do cleaning and said I needed gum cleaning. Surprised because they were very conversational and polite, professional gentle touch, even a tv screen above me while I looked up during the cleaning. This place goes above and beyond to restoring my faith in dentists which I sadly have been avoiding for most of my adult life. Thanks for your awesomeness! read more

I called her being as she was a holistic dentist. They knew when booking how old my son was that I was requesting an appointment for. I am not sure what all I was expecting but absolutley no procedures were done, we were there about 15 mins. I got some names of people who work on kids his age. 400$ We went to a 3rd dentist yesterday only to find out the one thing Dr. Hart did say was wrong. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! DO NOT GO HERE! The last thing she said was "he doesnt have cavities right now, well i take that back he might but he will need to come in for a cleaning for me to take a closer look." You mean you want more money? This is not about care. I also talked to 5-6 other mothers who have seen her and said she did the same thing to them, 400$ and no services or help. They need to be more honest when booking appointments. This is stealing. BTW his 3rd dentist appointment consult was covered by insurance, he is able to help my son, and he has a treatment plan. read more

Dr. Hart is not my Family Dentist...but I wish she was! I recently sought out Dr. Hart for removal of amalgam/mercury fillings.
