I also asked for testing and I was told no several times because they felt it was unnecessary. They also mess up my prescriptions every single time as well. It's really so disrespectful how they treat patients. It is truly upsetting and disruptive to any patient's life especially when it is an extremely important form of health care. I was able to stay in my car until my room was ready because I was coming with my small son and didn't feel comfortable waiting in the waiting room because of Covid. They called me in when my room was ready. They also delivered my son almost 4 years ago and made me feel comfortable throughout my pregnancy, the birth (my son was a C-section) and then afterwards.

The nurse checked-in with me multiple times, and I felt extremely comfortable right off the bat. She was also willing to answer questions without making me feel rushed - which can be difficult to do in such a busy office! Staff is so considerate and really takes the time to explain exactly what to expect for each procedure. They are very clear and informative, while also being personal and caring. Since I have had contact with two nurses, my doctor, a nurse practitioner, an ultrasound tech and the front desk/administrative staff, I feel I have interacted with enough staff to promise you, you are in great hands here! Even over the phone, I never feel rushed - they are willing to do whatever it takes to not only put you at ease and answer questions, but to do whatever is necessary for your health. The environment is extremely clean and I have never waited more than about 10 minutes. The only reason I did not rate a full 5 stars is because it is difficult to get an appointment and, in my experience, was once told the schedule wasn't "out yet" for the next month. The schedule, once "out," seems to fill very quickly (but I hear this is the case with most OBGYNs anyway). I also asked for a copy of test results, specifically not to be mailed and I would instead pick it up, but it was mailed anyway, although they agreed to call me for pick-up. They do not hand you your results/information requested right away and I had to wait for my request to be processed which was a little frustrating as someone who likes to keep on top of all my own medical documents. These are small complaints in comparison to the excellent level of care - 100% recommend them to anyone!

They need to stop diagnosing issues that require expensive procedures that are not medically necessary but a choice. Many of their patients are not English speaking or knowledagable about medical issues so they take the doctors at their word. The doctors take advantage of their immigrant client base. Both doctors also have an inability to accept differing opinions, and become nasty if too many questions are asked. The staff is unprofessional, and seemingly uneducated at times. Reception is the worst as most of the time the young girls that work the front desk have nasty attitudes and are impatient. I have also heard them talk amongst themselves about patients care and make negative judgemental comments about private patient issues. There are many other practices that treat their patients with respect, go to them.
