While no one wants to deal with getting rid of wildlife in your home, I am fortunate that I found…read moreSummit. I checked with several companies. However, immediately, I was impressed with Summit's fast, clear communications and ability to quickly conduct a survey. This gave me assurance that there was a plan to not only eliminate the squirrels but also to prevent more from returning. Communications throughout the whole process was always proactive, clear, and helpful! Their communications and customer service are a model for companies across industries. Summit stuck with us through a lengthy process (which was no fault of their own). After we caught a squirrel, we heard more noises. Jason worked with us with friendly persistence until the problem was solved by making several trips to isolate where the squirrel was. While I hope, we never have another wildlife problem, I would contact Summit again without hesitation.

DO NOT trust this company for bird exclusion services…read more We paid $350 after their technician showed us video of birds actively flying in and out of our house. Another crew later came out, claimed there were "no birds, just twigs," sanitized the area, installed a metal cover, and left. Now there are flies surrounding the covering, birds trying to get back inside, and we can still hear chirping and movement in the wall/vent area. Instead of fixing the issue, it seems they trapped live birds inside our home while creating an even bigger sanitation problem. Terrible communication, conflicting explanations, and a complete waste of money. Absolutely unacceptable.

The technicians were professional and courteous and would deserve a high rating on their own. However, management did not provide sufficient time or resources for the job to be completed properly, which ultimately affected the outcome. On October 31, 2025, 2 Chicks and a Critter inspected my attic for squirrels. I (a 73 year old, retired VET) was initially quoted nearly $7,000 to seal entry points. Although the written contract offered no guarantee, I accepted a reduced price of just under $4,000 based on a verbal assurance/guarantee from one of the owners (JJ) that the company would stand behind its work. The job was not completed correctly. Roof penetrations were made with questionable sealing/repair, and squirrels remained in the attic weeks later. A follow-up inspection revealed one entry point had not been sealed properly, and even after it was repaired, squirrel activity continued. Despite providing video evidence and repeated attempts to contact the company by phone and emails, I received no response. The issue remains unresolved as of January 26, 2026, and I no longer trust the quality of the work, or the company's follow-through.
