The office as a whole also is incapable of getting prescriptions correct or sending any kind of paperwork to literally anyone. Honestly you would be better off asking a homeless person to do your paperwork than these ladies.

If this is how they treat their patients (and potential new patients), don't waste your time or money. Mind you I had two other appointments the same day with local small businesses that required deposits as well and the other two businesses carried over my deposit to the new appointments I made.

This practice needs to be aware that they took an oath to do no harm to patients and that abandonment of a patient without allowing that patient to be secured with another practitioner is looked very down upon. Please know that this will be reported to the medical review board and you will have this on your profile as long as you treat patients. I will never see anyone at this office and anyone should be wary of this practice if they are deciding wether to see someone there or are already a patient. The parking entrance is to the right shortly after coming onto the road. The first set of parking you'll pass is the physician parking area. Keep going around to the main entrance. There is signage pointing to the main parking area. There was plenty of parking available, including handicap spots. The most recent visit here was on July 17, 2024. I wasn't the actual patient for these visits, but it was for my mom after having a wrist fracture. They don't have the hand therapy at all locations, so this was the closest one. The visits would occur twice a week for eight weeks. The inside of the place is quite large in the therapy area. It is always clean and well maintained. You could see that they can cover many different types of therapies there. The overall process is pretty straightforward. On the first visit, they go over the insurance information and what the copays, if any, are for each visit. This was also the time to fill out any paperwork and such. For subsequent visits, it was just checking in. The overall therapy process went very well over those weeks. The first part of it was for healing and the other part was for strengthening the wrist. There was a genuine care and concern throughout the process. There were times where they changed it up a bit since it was affecting her shoulder (the one she had a replacement on the year before). If you are in need of therapy, this place is worth checking out if it's close to you. There are several locations throughout the area.
