They're good. They have a manager and owner who care as well as friendly, young, energetic workers. This is a good Subway for Zachary because there is no other competition besides the inconvenient and untrustworthy Subway in Walmart. But across the board, workers are extremely inconsistent with how they make sandwiches and salads. Why does a six inch sub that cost $9 only get 2 cucumbers? And why does a footlong only get 4 cucumbers? Why does a footlong only get three broken up strings of bell peppers? Why does a footlong on thick a*s bread only get one line of mustard that you won't be able to taste? Why is a six inch only getting 3 jalapeno peppers? Some workers barely put any toppings on a footlong or a salad while other workers make items how they themselves would want their own made which is respectable. My only conclusion is that they skimp on putting ingredients on their $9-$15 sandwiches because they don't want to run out of ingredients before they can get a break. You can still ask them for more toppings on your sandwiches or salads but it is absolutely pitiful for their baseline ingredient placement to be so little given the fact that these are expensive sandwiches now. Some workers absolutely rush through the creation of your sandwich which also forces an awkward atmosphere to outright ask for more of something or a correction. Some workers also have a crazy habit of doing the exact opposite of what a customer asked for them to do. One customer asked for a sandwich to be lightly toasted and the worker left the sandwich in the toaster for at least ten seconds after the timeframe of a fully toasted sandwich. (This is just one example, not the only) Some workers too frequently choose trying to make the sandwich as quickly as possible over maintaining the integrity of the sandwich. Its a good Subway but they could really do much better in the "showing love" category. read more

Hope our sandwiches does not compare to the customer service we received which was " horrible" And an un- friendly environment. attitudes = nasty sandwich. The workers act as if we were inconveniencing them. We have Been coming here for years and always had great customer service but today is no excuse, We were the only customers... Both workers were high, charged for cookies when they weren't ordered, they were out of almost everything, and didn't even have lids for their drinks, they also used a dirty knife to cut my spouses sandwich. Honestly deserves 0 stars, it was the absolute worst service I've ever experienced. read more

The workers are friendly and helpful when I go there. The bread is always fresh every day, the veggies are also fresh. They have many choices, but my favorites are the club, the philly steak, the Black Forest ham and the BMT. My husband lives the meatball and the tuna fish. They have soups, salads and mini pizzas also. They have fountain and bottled beverages, chips and freshly baked cookies. Yum read more

Go at 11 am. No bread but one kind. No meatballs. Out of most cheeses. The guy fixing our food moved about as slow as a turtle w no expression. No friendliness nothing. This is a horrible disappointment for Zachary. Never any soup. Etc. the lists goes on. Hope someone else buys it and makes it better. We won't go again read more
