On a sunny Friday Morning, I started my day with a quick walk to Virtu Coffee. I was extremely fascinated by the plants the wrapped around the entrance way. I felt like I teleported to somewhere tropical with a mix of native NYC vibes. My sister and I had the pleasure of talking with the Owner of the coffee shop who is actually a NYC native. He was very friendly and shared a little history about the name behind one of our selected drinks which was the Savannah Banana Latte. I had the option of choosing if I wanted my Latte iced or hot. I opted for the hot version, I was NOT disappointed. I've tried banana lattes a couple times in my life and this was by far the best flavor. I could completely taste the essence of a ripe banana. Very delicious. I would definitely highly recommend this hidden gem.

We walked here and initially had trouble finding the cafe. It's to the right of the 1212 sign on the building. We ordered an iced dirty chai with oat milk and took the drink home. It's a cute and comforting space here with a cute dog!! I like the spiced kick in the drink and how quickly but thoughtfully it was made.

Virtual Coffee is a small albeit popular coffee shop in Los Angeles. They're known for its quality drinks, friendly service, and convenient location near the Pico Metro station. They offer not just coffee but other drinks as well such as smoothie, juices etc. Indoor atmosphere was chill and welcoming. Staff were nice and competent. I came on a Friday afternoon to grab coffee. And it was okay. Parking in the is challenging because it's in DTLA. Overall, it's a nice convenient coffee shop.

This establishment is right in front of a metro stop so people can grab their drinks before boarding or right after getting off the train. Very convenient! They even have a few tables and chairs outside The service was great this morning!!! Friendly barista. They have great pastries as well. I tried the iced blueberry matcha and it did not disappoint. Go visit them. They're also pet friendly but be aware that they are actually located on Flower- right under the Hope +Flower building sign - not on Hope st.

Virtu coffee has been my go to spot since I started working near by. I would always pass by and one day decided to try it and I never looked back since then. The vibe of the store gives like relaxed and very like creative. Like the drinks. The drink menu will surprise you if it is your first time there are so many drinks you don't see anywhere! I definitely recommend this place you will love it! It's better than Starbucks for sure!

Came here for a quick coffee to go and it was a cute little cafe in downtown LA. There's some seating outdoors, and the staff was nice. They sold other packaged beverages in their fridge section, although I didn't get anything from there. I liked the vibe of the cafe, it had books that you can exchange and they also sold pastries. I got their iced matcha latte and liked it! It was not too sweet and the matcha was good. I got it with oat milk so it was creamy. I'd definitely come again if I was in the area. Parking can be a bit tricky since it's in DTLA.

Cute spot for a quick coffee! Menu seems very intentional and barista was nice. I got the golden eye and it was a bit too sweet for my liking but I should have asked for less sweet. Overall good experience.

Wanted to like this spot because it has cool vibes and a unique menu, but the customer service was rude/gruff. He took a while to make each drink and in between giving the customers in front of us their drinks and taking my friend's and my order, he stopped to watch the baseball game being projected on the back wall and to eat ramen. He seemed annoyed taking our orders, even though we waited patiently for him to finish. We were both going to get the ube matcha latte, but he ran out of ube and only had enough for one drink. It felt weird that it was only around noon and already so many of the drinks were crossed off the menu due to ingredients running out. Matcha latte was fine but pricey at about $8. Strictly based off the odd vibes from the person working there, I won't be returning.

One of the best matcha lattes I've ever had. They also had the cutest puppy hanging out in there. I can tell the owner has passion w his establishment by the quality of his drinks and how he toasts and cuts it in half for you.

    Worse match ever

Worse matcha I have ever tried and also he had the worse attitude for the first time coming ,he gave so much attitude towards me and my girlfriend don't recommend coming here.

On a recent trip to Los Angeles, I was looking for a cute coffee shop and lucked up on this spot! I ordered latte and it was delicious! This is a nice spot to grab a coffee in downtown LA. It is close to many of the hotels in the area and the shop has a great cozy atmosphere! Glad I found this place.

Cool owner, stopped in for the first time after passing it several times. They have fair pricing for the area. Convenient if you're traveling out of pico station.

Walked in 10 minutes before closing. Was told they couldn't make our drinks. Only cold brew available.

I was headed to dinner at the fabulous Holbox, but driving there from Hollywood at rush hour is…read morenever a good idea. So I looked for a coffee spot closer to the restaurant at which I could do some work. Alibi Coffee is only 10-15 minutes from the restaurant, which made it a good candidate--and off I went. It sits on the corner of Washington and Raymond Avenue. While there's one-hour parking on Washington, Raymond seems to offer unlimited parking (other than street cleaning days)--the friendly, helpful barista directed me over there. Inside, it's a tranquil, clean and comfortable environment that mixes contemporary touches with brick industrial vibes. I'm in my cream top era, so I decided to get their Trademark Cream Top Latte, which uses cold brew and house made cream with a hint of brown sugar. The drink was smooth and not too sweet and, all in all, extremely enjoyable. Next time, I might try the Salted Caramel Cream Top Latte. I was warned it was a bit sweeter, but I'd like to see for myself. Wi-Fi seems solid, and there are plenty of outlets (yay!), so this was a great work spot. I'd definitely return anytime I needed to be in this area.

My supervisor loves this place and recommended it. I haven't been inside, so I can't comment on…read moreservice, etc. Honeycomb Sugar Latte: I like the idea that you can add the amount of honey crumble into the drink based on your preference. I ended up adding it all. Salted Caramel Latte: I tried this drink the second time around, and I love it. It will be my go-to drink from now on at Alibi Coffee. It's sweet and creamy.
