She recommended the W Air Zoom Pegasus which she uses to run. I tried them on and to my surprise they were exactly what I was looking for. She also suggested me to consider going up a half size so that my big toe would rub up on shoe while I ran. At first I thought " Maybe not" but I tried on the half size up and decided to purchase them because they felt roomy and comfty. When I left the store, I went for a run. She was right. The shoes give space for when feet get a lil swollen at the end of day and the toe advice , she was right. All in all Pam gave great customer service. She took her time w my concerns. She asked what I was looking for and gave me information on their minimum order. I explained what I was hoping to do for a golf outing at the end of the month and when I would need them. I know I was pushing it because I arrived at my decision to do this quite late in the game. AnnMarie responded to my information and told me that the workload was such that they could not accommodate my request. She also told me that she even tried to move their schedule to accommodate me but that wasn't possible. Despite their inability to fill my need, I was completely blown away and thoroughly impressed by what AnnMarie did next. She gave me the name of a competitor in Pasadena that she recommended highly. In the future, if I am in need of embroidery or silkscreening, I will make my first call to AnnMarie at Ellen's Silkscreening.

One of the worst customer service experience I ever had at this location. I was trying to buy some…read morewater repellent shoes for my wife and politely ask for a price check if these shoes were eligible for $20 promotion that I received through their company emailed. This rude female associate with braces just rung it up and when I asked if there was a discount, she just said just wanted me to proceed with payment. Upon looking at the receipt, there was no discount and i asked her did I get a discount with this purchase. She told me that she was not aware of this promotion and that I "demanded" a discount from her. I immediately asked for a refund and she processed it with a smug smile on her face. I told her that I never raised my voice to her and I never demanded a discount. She had no respect for the company and when I told her that I plan to for a formal complaint, she said "go ahead, they (Columbia) will never do anything". So she is basically an incompetent peeson. When I asked for her name, she will never give it. She did not wear her name tag on purpose so she cannot be identified. In terms of corporate, she violates dress code, does not know here promos, has a listening problem, and disrespectful especially when she called me old. I am old but this shows me who she truly is that you would blatantly discriminate old people. Her coworkers Giselle and Alex's had to be on her side and i get it, but a great piece of advice, this person is not worth supporting. She will only drag you down.
