When I walked in to get my ball rejuvenated, oil seeped out, it was so easy talking to Bob and he was able to do it quickly. I also asked him to replace my finger inserts and it all took just about an hour. He does a great job for back alley by providing quality service to bowlers, not just in jewel city but bowlers from other houses.
