As you can imagine for a teenage girl this is just unacceptable and she was very upset about the outcome. Well we were referred to GiGi and right away she recommended that my daughter wait a few weeks and let the brows grow in more and then come back. We did just that and let me just say GiGi fixed them brows and needless to say my daughter was very happy! I found out she does lash extensions and because I was familiar with her I chose her services. She does a nice job, but the problem is the price goes up and up each time and I am not told until after she's already done what the price will be. My advice would to let her know your price range and what you are wanted to spend total. Also remember this is her own personal business and she can and will make her own schedule. If you follow her on FB you can message her about availability, and if you have a set time she will be there. Lastly, if you are wanting lashes, make an appointment so your time slot is secured. She does welcome walk ins but in my opinion, if you are getting lashes just make an appointment.

Most of the time I felt nothing other than the head of the laser device gliding across the skin. Whatever machine they are using, it's clearly top of the line. And the price was quite reasonable compared to the other salons I contacted. Some of the quotes I received were downright absurd. Juan was very down to earth and reasonable. I'll post updates after further treatments but the initial impression is five stars, strongly recommended.

The adult daughter, on the other hand, fails to understand customers go where they like the service and that we don't have to choose to come there. Her demeanor seems like friendliness and smiles are not something she needs to bring to work and she's very unpleasant. Today she was apparently in the back when I arrived and the store was vacant in the front. I called out, "Hello", multiple times to no avail before letting security know no one appeared to be in the store. I even called while standing in the vacant store front with the security guard and no one came out. He was literally about to call the police (he didn't want to go to into the back room alone) and the daughter came out, with headphones on, seemingly annoyed we were there. I told her we were worried, she continued to ignore my words but I really needed my brows done so I stayed. When I paid I mentioned again, "You're at least glad we were worried about you, right?" And she curtly replied, "Thank you." I will ensure the mom is there when I go as I do not believe there is any service nearby like they offer.
