Now that it is springtime, I have been visiting more frequently in the last month or so, and I feel that I can give a true review. This store is located in the old Orchard Supply Hardware location next to the In-N-Out Burger in Visalia. It is a great use of an already existing space; however, the interior feels a bit old and tired. The employees are friendly enough, but Randy and Richard are the stand-out stars of this location, and you are in great hands with them. I will be happy to wait for their help. Along with regular purchases common for this time of year, I recently purchased a Weber Genesis E-325s grill. I am very pleased with my purchase, although when spending $1,200 on a grill and accessories, it would have been nice to know that the store was going to be celebrating their anniversary with a No Sales Tax Day a few days after my purchase. Nevertheless, my grill was ordered, assembled, delivered and demonstrated in less than one week. Overall, I like this Ace location and am happy to support a local owned business.

I really wanted to take a moment to recognize a couple of employees who have made such a positive impression on me I've had the pleasure of interacting with Cambria several times, and she consistently goes above and beyond to help customers as if they were friends. Because Lowe's outsourced the CC and rebate cards, I had to wait. Not happy about it and the Asst Manager was uncaring about my dilemma. The associate was very helpful and did all she could. She was actually very apologetic whereas the asst manager, Brian, was dismissive and had an attitude. He walked away to let the associate take care of the issue. Today is the start of the fourth week and the rebate card has still not arrived. I had to speak with Asst Manager, Brian, about the matter. He was condescending, not understanding or sympathetic to my situation. Actually gave me three different answers to address my problem. After the secomd answer I said that it was different than the first response. He gave a third different response. I called him out again and said that's a different response, which one is it. He raised his tone with me. I told him to stop I was not to be talked with like that in a raised voice condescending manner. I asked to speak with his manager or someone above him.
