We're 100 miles from home and I work in Santa Fe Springs at 6:00 am the following morning. I check for a shop and everyone is closed with the exception of Integrity Mobile that says they're open 24 hours. They have 1 excellent review, so I take my chances. You should too, you won't regret it. He called be back about an hour later, excellent communication. Found right where we were parked in this super chaotic parking lot. Checked it out and tried the least expensive options FIRST. Tried the clamp, the hose, until he realized it was the water pump. He was up front about the cost and time. Diesel and his dynamic duo, ended up replacing the water pump, thermostat, and belt. The quoted cost never changed except plus tax. I am SO sooo grateful that they were able to help us. I went from stranded to home at 10pm after the comp. Thank you again!

Their mechanic "Diesel" Robert came by and diagnosed a coolant issue. He was decent. No problems. All fine. He located some leaks. Ordered parts. Thought it would be a done deal. Nope. He left half the car disassembled and promised to arrive first thing in the morning or as soon as Autozone got the part. He doesn't return the next day. I text. He says no parts yet but likely later today. I call The dispatch. Given excuse #1 Promises to arrive by 5:30 latest. Excuse # 2 given. Dispatch then promised a 7am arrival the third day by Diesel. Called dispatch and DieSel next morning. Blocked. Called from another phone. Refused to pick it up. So...now I had a vehicle torn apart and was expected to figure it out. I picked up the parts that Diesel ordered from Autozone (yes they ordered overly priced parts from autozone ‍ ) and STILL misdiagnosed the vehicle!!! Another hose was leaking too. All in all I had to take the vehicle to a shop called STRESS FREE AUTO CARE. They understood my dilemma. And got to work.

I have owned cars for nearly five decades, and sadly honesty and integrity are not always present with people who work on our cars. Kelly is the exception to the rule. He is the best mechanic I have had the pleasure to have service my vehicle, and those of my friends. He has integrity and will be straight and honest with you. His prices are reasonable. If he gives you a window of time in which your car will be ready, your car will be ready within that window. Or he will let you know. He is very communicative. He's a gem, and you'll think you are in Germany or Switzerland, his shop is so impeccably clean.
