The person that greeted me in the lobby and took me back to an exam room, never introduced themself to me. I didn't know if it was the doctor or a tech. I figured it out when the eye doctor (Falk) finally came in. The office and equipment are extremely dated as is his approach. At the end of the appointment he asked if there was anything else. I said "well, I need my vision checked for my prescription glasses." They were going to let me leave without checking my vision prescription. Isn't that standard as part of an annual vision exam? Bottomline-If you're interested in state-of-the-art services/care for your vision, this is not the office. I disregarded Falk's sub-par yelp rating and reviews (because the office location is close to my home.) That's on me. Big mistake and I can't stress that enough.
