I posted my complaint with the BBB of CT and I'm awaiting a response from dr.Falck's office. Based on my family member's negative experience with cataract surgery with dr. Falck, I would NEVER seek an appointment with this doctor. They claim I had an appointment on November 28, 2025 -day after Thanksgiving. Who would ever make an appointment for a day after Thanksgiving? Aside from the fact that I've spent every Thanksgiving in Europe with my family in the past 5 years. It's a disgrace that dr. Falck's office is trying to make money on fake "no show appointments". Is it because they can't make money in a legitimate way? I come from a family of doctors: father, mother, grandfather - and I have great respect for the profession. That's why it really offends me so deeply that a doctor could act in such a dishonorable way. Future potential patients... just be very careful that this is the doctor you want to deal with.
