After mentioning my concerns to Dr. Hogan about the staff's failure to return calls in a timely manner and failure to notify me of the time of scheduled surgery, he supposedly spoke to his office manager. At my next visit, his staff retaliated and was exceptionally rude to me and suggested that I was the one with an "attitude problem." Anyone seeking serious eye care should avoid this practice at all costs unless you are looking for the same problems I am reporting here. A review of other comments below reveal that I am not Dr. Hogan's only patient with an "attitude problem."

Falck, I would NEVER seek an appointment with this doctor. They claim I had an appointment on November 28, 2025 -day after Thanksgiving. Who would ever make an appointment for a day after Thanksgiving? Aside from the fact that I've spent every Thanksgiving in Europe with my family in the past 5 years. It's a disgrace that dr.
