After my exam, I was only given a glasses prescription. When I asked for my contact lens prescription, I was told I didn't get it because I hadn't paid the trial--despite the exam already being done. It honestly felt like they were withholding my prescription to force extra charges. Even worse, their attitude suddenly changed when I mentioned contacting my insurance. Very unprofessional, not transparent, and not trustworthy. I would not recommend this place at all.

Recently, my ophthalmologist referred me back here for prescription glasses and told me there's a new doctor now. Since it's close to where I live, I decided to give it another try. Dr. Mai is amazing. I work in healthcare, and it's honestly rare to find a doctor who truly listens and takes the time to explain everything. I am being monitored for a possible serious condition, and for the first time, I felt like someone really explained and gave me a clear explanation and had set a realistic expectation for what i could have. Im also experiencing a couple of symptoms that were never explained to me well and she threaded through each of my concerns one by one and explained her diagnosis and recommendations very clearly. I walked out feeling relieved, understood, and at ease that I am under the care of an amazing doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Mai!

Promptly we were told by the real people there that they were short-handed and if we wanted to pick up our glasses but not get them fitted, we can take them and come back later. LOL This was a fine reputable business under Gary Freestone and his crew, but ever since this corporation took over, it's been nothing but bad service. Freestone is gone and so are his wonderful and helpful employees. All that is left are apologies. I expect that we shall be looking for a new optometrist next year.

She has always taken care of me and has given great attention in my overall eye health. She is always very thorough, informative, patient and made sure any questions I had were addressed. I have had not so great experience with other eye doctors in the past. I had one that just brushed off my concerns, he even prescribed contacts that were outdated and were not good for my severe dry eyes. With Dr, Huang, she has introduced me to a variety of the most up to date contacts and has discussed many options and alternatives that fit best for my needs. She also has introduced me to the best kinds of eyedrops that have actually helped my eyes. I thought I couldn't wear contacts anymore due to my severe dry eyes, but since her advice and recommendations, I haven't had an issue with weeping irritated dry eyes anymore! And reading some other reviews on here, in my experience, not once have I had an issue with her staff in the front after all these years I have visited, but despite IF I ever did (which I haven't), I mostly care about what I'm getting from my provider for my eye health and she exceeds all expectations! You can easily tell she cares and has genuine compassion for what's best for you! 100%!

After I tell them I am already using Acute no other options are presented making me believe Acuvue Oasys must be the best. But Dr Nguyen introduced me to Dailies contact lens. I tried them and my eyes stay feeling moist much longer than on Acuvue. I cant believe no other optometrist has even mentioned this product to me. These are more expensive lens but I dont mind since I dont wear it everyday. Dr Nguyen knows her stuff! She took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all my annoying questions about eye drops, etc. So glad I found Dr Nguyen and great contact lens.
