Really unhappy with this place and won't be back. Several months ago, I booked 2 appointments for me and my wife for a doctor exam. I got the time wrong and realized I was going to be a little late. I called and the lady said she could only take one of us even though I would be just a few minutes late. I wasn't happy but my fault OK, I let it go. After my appointment with the very nice Dr. Delgado, I asked to shop for glasses. I was told sorry, we're about to close. I said OK, I'll be back tomorrow (Saturday). Oh, sorry, we are going to be closed tomorrow (even though their hours stated at the time they are open Saturdays). Fast forward several months later and I finally have a chance to stop by. I got there at 4:25 PM and was told, sorry, we stop taking orders at 4:00. So even though they were open 'til 5, they refused to help me. This is a place that is FAR more concerned about when they can lock up and leave than actually taking care of their customers. I don't recommend this place to anyone that actually needs glasses. read more

The staff is great and helpful. They have a wide range of frames and different variety of brands. Unfortunately due to COVID my glasses took a little longer then the usual 2 weeks, but they gifted me a gift card along with a "Thank you" note which I thought it was sweet of them! read more

There was no wait as I had an appointment. The prices of frames seemed a little high if they could have more cost effective options. But overall things were ok. Went on 4/5 to pick my frames was told I would receive them in 2 weeks now it's 5/20/2024 and yet no glasses. At first I was told the frames were damaged will arrive in 1 week called the following week no update and got a call from the supervisor promised me I was going to receive them the fallowing week. Called last week no update and was told I would get a call from supervisor and did not get a call. I called Friday and ask to speak with supervisor was told she was in lunch and would get a call in 30minutes and yet no call from supervisor. Now I will be going in person to receive my refund!! My husband something stuck in his eye. We used eye drops trying to get it out but since he rubbed it in it ended up irritating his eye. The eye drops & eye flush wasn't helping at all so I was calling around a bunch of places no one would see him. Until I called vision express. They made him a appointment same day. We were in & out in about an hour. The staff was nice. Everyone had gloves & a mask on. Social distancing was enforced. There was hand sanitizer available & they sanitized after each person. The location was clean. Over all a great location. & good first experience. I recommend. read more

do not go here, came for a dmv form to be filled out and they made me pay again after i had already paid in the beginning of the year and they weren't able to perform the test due to having to order new contacts, they made me come back months later and they tried to make me pay again when i specifically made sure when i booked the appointment that i had already paid. these ppl only care about charging as much as they can anytime you walk in the door... run, i'll be taking my services elsewhere after years of being a customer. read more

Brought my Fiancee here to get her glasses for the first time. The optometrist was good, but that was all. They apparently just can't get glasses to you. We were told a day they would be ready, called, they weren't ready and were told another day. Called that day, they weren't ready and were told another day. Then today a third time same thing. Went and got our perscription which they want to make you pay for even though you already paid for the exam and everything, took it to lens crafters and had glasses with in hour. They messed up my delicate thin fram because i told them how adjust it 4 time and still didnt understand and i just walked out and payed so i didnt have to deal with then anymore. I miss placed my perscription and called to get a new one and charged me $1.25 for each perscription to be EMAILED!!! Honestly worst place ever, came here because I knew it was time for my eye exam come out with a strong prescription. Went to a different eye doctor and 2 totally different prescription., what they do here and not tell you is make you buy glasses and once you pick up and leave there's no exchange or a refund but at the other place they have a 30-60 days if not satisfy with your frame, if I were you spend your money somewhere-else, it's not worth coming here or also get a second opinion somewhere else. read more

DO NOT COME HERE!!!My husband had metal in his left eye so we came Saturday 12, 2022. She remove a small piece. She told us to come back Tuesday to remove more because she didn't want to damage the eye. Well Tuesday after removing another small piece she told us to come back Thursday to remove more. My husband was in so much pain that we decided Wednesday morning to go to another optometrist in Walmart in rialto. When the doctor saw my husband he told us that what the other optometrist did was so wrong first she didn't wash the eye second she had to remove the metal item that same day that my husband was seen because my husband was getting a eye infection. A week ago, I had an appointment but still waited 50 minutes to be seen by the optometrist. My eye exam indicated I only needed reading glasses and I was on the fence about paying $60 for reading glasses (with my VSP plan covering $170). Today, I decided to buy the Oakley reading glasses, checked in, was seated, and was advised it would be a 15 minute wait. I decided to leave as time is money. Their inefficiency was proven on day 1 with a crowded office and today the office only had 1 other person in the waiting area. How hard is it to submit an order and take my payment. I had a very good experience the day I went into this Optometry office, all the girls are very helpful and knowledgeable on the best things to add onto my lenses. They had so much patience especially with me because it took me forever just to find something i like to fit my face type. Making an appointment was a VERY good idea, right when I arrived for my appointment time the tech called my name to be seen...once I picked up my glasses they fit a bit loose but one of the lady's was able to help with that and did what she could to have the frame fit my face nice and snug. Ordered expensive sunglasses for a vacation I was going on, I asked the girl if my sunglasses would arrive on time for me to take on my vacation she said yes, that they would take 2-3 weeks. I called on the second week and they said that they would be there beginning of the following week, which would've been the third week. So I call Wednesday of the third week, they had me on hold for about ten minutes just to tell me that my sunglasses were gonna take another two weeks. So I had no prescription sunglasses to take on my trip. Never again will I come back to this place. read more

I wouldn't recommend this place, the first time I went I had a young female doctor, she was really friendly and I had a good experience. The second time I went I had an older man and my experience with him was really bad, he wouldn't listen when I tried to tell him that the prescription he chose for me didn't feel right and dismissed my concerns about my slight double vision from an old brain injury. I never got glasses with that prescription. I did let the office know all this when they tried to schedule another appointment a year later and was told that he no longer worked there. I didn't make another appointment at the time but made one a week ago and I asked for the doctor's name. I went to my old prescription and it was the same doctor, why would they say he no longer worked there if he still does. I quickly canceled my appointment and already went elsewhere, my new doctor added prism correction to help with my double vision why was this never offered to me here? I've been coming here for a few year I like the place my kids love it. The glasses opinion is decent but for youth they need more to choose from. It's quick service. There very friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and easy to move around. There very patient and don't try to rush you they let you take the time you need to make the right decision on the perfect frame. I love that they go over opinions for you to choose from when it comes to your frame and lenses. It takes anywhere from one week to two weeks to get your glasses in. read more

I've been going here for 3 years, and I was very satisfied until recently. 3 months ago I got new glasses. I splurged and got myself an expensive pair. I really like them. But they became really loose, and kept slipping off my face. The arm wouldn't got over my ears, instead they sat right on top. I returned to have them adjusted. The young lady made them fit more snug to my face, but the arm still wouldn't fit over the ears. And they were crooked when looking at them head on. I asked if they could be adjusted better. She said "No. The arms are too short. Sorry." They fit when I bought them! read more

Stopped by yesterday for my twin 10-year-old daughter's eye exam. The doctor was so sweet, professional, and patient with my girls. She took the time to explain the process to them, while also answered all their questions. All the staff was very welcoming. Optician was knowledgeable, and made our time in choosing glasses an easy process. Scheduled an appointment for just one of my girls, and staff was very accommodating to add sister to the schedule.
