I reached out to Eddie for a full master bathroom remodel quote and he replied very quickly and was able to come out within 24-48 hours for the quote. I had received two other quotes and in my opinion, Eddie's approach and price was very competitive and better, and he did not fail to live up to expectations. Eddie and his crew were punctual, the time he told me is the time they showed up. They made sure to protect my flooring and other items in the house the best they could. I have had prior experience with other contractors who did nothing to protect anything in my house. They showed up and took care of business every day, and they cleaned up after themselves the best they could, which I greatly appreciated. A HUGE plus is Eddie has his own large dump trailer, which made things very easy in keeping things clean and orderly throughout the project. As the demo was going, the old material was easily going out, and there was no clutter or debris laying around anywhere whatsoever, which I greatly appreciated. Eddie kept me informed of everything almost on a daily basis, something I was not used to from other experiences but I felt was a phenomenal approach. I felt very involved in the project, even though I was not doing anything labor wise lol! Any small setback or anything unexpected thrown our way, Eddie made sure to show me proof in various ways there were certain things neither he or I could control. Even though I did not ask that from him, again I thought it was a very professional and courteous approach to doing business. I was very pleased with the remodel, Eddie made sure to double check everything, he customized everything to our liking... He went so far as to make my wife sit down in her makeup vanity area, and make sure the height of all the switches, lights, etc were exactly how she wanted them, before installing anything. I cannot say enough of how I highly recommend Eddie and his team for whichever project you are thinking of doing. You lose absolutely nothing with at least giving him a chance to look at your project, and see what he has to offer. I guarantee you his approach is much better and different than others. It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Eddie at visionary design and construction. If I could give him 10 stars I would. We have a big project of a second story addition that required a lot of reinforcement on our first story as well. After vetting multiple contractors we chose to go with Eddie because of his long history with his family's construction business, his confidence in our project and a fair price. As the project started, we could see his expertise and his attention to detail in action which helped us pass our inspections in the first time itself. He even pointed out mistakes made by our structural engineer and was very prompt in getting them corrected. We realize now that construction is a complex process with a lot of uncertainties and surprises along the way. However, Eddie made the process very smooth by staying on top of everything and finding solutions for any issues that came up. We needed to move back into our home at a certain time and Eddie made sure that he finished the major interior work as we moved in to keep us comfortable and safe. Throughout the process Eddie made it feel like this was his own home and project and treated us with utmost respect and care. His crew is also comprised of very respectful and professional people. He took care of all our requirements along the process and now we are very close to the finish line with everything coming along as we had imagined. I had a really strong experience with Eddie and Visionary Design & Construction. We had a garage renovation project done that included drywall, flooring, removal of drywall ceiling, lighting installation, fortifying of existing vaulted ceiling, paint work and creating a buildout for an electric fireplace. My review of Eddie's work can be broken down into a few buckets: Quote/initial experience: Eddie was responsive after first reaching out via Yelp. After getting 4-5 different quotes, Eddie's was one of the more competitive for the type of work I was looking for. I could have a spent much more but for the quality of work I got via Eddie, I would say the value was certainly there. Eddie did a thorough walk through and we talked about the different types of work that I wanted done. Eddie gave his insight as well. The quote came within a few days and he was ready to start work within a week or so. Speed: Overall, the project moved fairly quickly. It took a little over a month and Eddie and his team even worked Saturdays at times. We did go about a week and half over his initial time estimate but we had moved so quickly on the front end that the small delay was not a factor. Reliability/responsiveness/communication: this is Eddie's strong suit. He is professional, have quick responses, and is always able to talk things through. There were a couple of changes that I requested mid process and Eddie took each and every one of them in stride. There were one or two miscommunications but we talked through what happened and were able to work it out by both conceding a bit (extra cost on the work but at a fair price). In the future, I would make the suggestion to double verify before certain larger pieces of work have begun. We did do this for the most part but missed one larger item. Quality of work: Eddie's work was good and I'm happy with the way everything turned out. There were even some smaller touch up things that needed to be done that Eddie proactively pointed out and took care of at the end. The biggest things for me when it comes to contractors are their attention to detail and making sure there is pride in their work...that they would perform the work as if it were in their own homes. While I wouldn't say this was the same quality as a brand new home build from scratch but the work looks strong and time will tell if the quality of it holds up. For now, I am happy! Work completion: I've had poor experiences in the past where the contractors work deteriorated as the project went on, especially as we reached the last phase. This was not the case with Eddie and he wrapped up strong, reviewing the work at the end, doing touch-ups, and having a final walk-through. Ultimately, the best compliment you can give a contractor is if you would refer him/her to someone or if you would use him again. I called for a consultation for an addition to my home. Never responded. Felted over looked. Was promised a quote the next day, but never replied back. Called him multiple times but never answered. Read the most recent negative review and is consistent with same negative behavior. Is a smooth talker during consultation but very inconsistent afterwards. You can tell right away that Eddie knows what he is doing and inspected everything very carefully. We received multiple quotes and most of the other company send salesmen instead of an actual contractor like eddie. Eddie and his team are rockstars. I tried half a year ago to demo and redo my bathroom. The previous shower was a prefabricated shower that was 24 x24 inches. It was beyond small and unusable. The demolition was the easy part. Once everything was opened up I realized how over my head I was. Being a condo, I had shared water lines and other hidden issues that I could not navigate. I spent several months with a mess, and no solution. My girlfriend affectionately called it "the crack bathroom" , and the photos attached you can see why. I wish I had reached out to Visionary Design sooner. Eddie replied to my Yelp message the same day. Had an appointment that week. He worked with me on a very strict budget. He was 100% open and clear with his cost of labor and break down of materials. A week later they came in and got to work. Two and a half weeks later I went from a crack bathroom to an amazing bathroom. Renovation isn't easy and not everyone has a giant budget. Visionary Design worked with me on a very very fixed budget and gave me results that don't look frugal. I was impressed with the amount of labor and care the team took to giving me a new bathroom. Your bang for your buck goes a long way. I cannot recommend them more highly for their work and professionalism. They kept the rest of the house clean, punctual, and I could trust them to come in on days I wasn't there. read more

I had a back patio at my house that needed to be torn down because whoever installed it didn't do a good job so over the years it began to leak and rot. I tried doing the job myself but after about 6 hours I realized I needed someone who does this for a living lol.
