I received nothing but great service for myself and the rest of my family of 3. Chelyce was very helpful with fixing my glasses because they were stretched out. Then she didn't want us to loose our credit for our kids part of the insurance so she offered for them to get sunglasses and we decided to do Blue light for our youngest because she really liked a pair of frames. I decided to go with some contacts this year, so they helped me figure out what I needed to pay out of pocket and what would be the most cost effective. The Dr. himself called 3 days after our appointment and asked how contacts were going since he gave me some to start off with and see if they were comfortable and worked. I've never had an optometrist call me and see how everything was going with my glasses or contacts. I'm glad we found Visionworks through our insurance and we will be back next year. read more

She helped me with two different pairs with an amazing protection plan and offered great advice and comments on style. She was never pushy and gave me time and space, and was also there for me when I needed her. These people pretty much ripped me off.. the sales associate barely acknowledged me(when arrived eye dr. Receptionist greeted me) all the sales associate did was tell if touched anything I had to put it in a basket for cleaning. NEVER offered to help pick out frames asked me if I needed help just kept walking around the store felt like she was avoiding me. When I finally decided on frames I asked her several times if they looked ok..NEVER got a response. When I asked about the progressive lenses (see up close) said it would be more out of pocket I asked how much said it would be additional 280. I told her I couldn't afford that plus my out of pocket of 109.00 already. I said I didn't want the anti-glare cuz of job and wanted light weight lenses cuz of my goggles I have to wear at work when I go into patients rooms. When I picked them a few days later I was excited. I got the same sales associate again (was little bit more talkative but not by much) had me try them off frames fit nicely had me shake my head but NEVER asked if I could read or offer me something to look at. I went home I noticed right away I couldn't read anything up close cuz I need the progressive lenses. I took them off after about in hour put them back in the case. Next day I decided I would try them again with my goggles they were so heavy I instantly had to take them off cuz they were rubbing my nose and ears. On Thursday I called to see if I could back in and get my money back save up and get the right kind of lenses since I couldn't afford the additional out of pocket. I got the same sales associate was very rude to me said I had to wait to talk a manager he wouldn't even be in until next Fri 28th..don't they have assistant manager? What business doesn't??? All I want is my money back since the glasses are much much useless to me. I'm pretty much out of 109.00 from my out of pocket (with insurance) I went these people for two years but NEVER again. I found another eye place who helped me throughly had me go outside without my mask and mirror to get a better idea on what the frames look like. She spent over an hour with me helping me decide on what to pick out what looked good etc..definitely excellent customer service! Will stay with them from now on. Don't waste your money or time at Visionworks. Place is a joke! read more

My husband ordered his glasses from here over the weekend and we had a great experience! The men (one was training) who helped us weren't pushy or rude. We were shown the glasses my husband specifically wanted and were able to shop for another pair without feeling rushed or pushed in any direction. They told us the lens options and the specifics and my husband was able to ask questions that were answered professionally. Save your money! Americas Best has the same product for a fraction of the cost! They push the most expensive products down your throat and they are ruined within a few months. The doctors are the only friendly people there. read more

Stay Away! The only good thing about this store was the doctor. He was outstanding. The lady who greeted us was nice at first. I called and was told that the buy one get one free applied to our purchase. The second pair of glasses did not have the transition treatment that we ordered on both pairs of glasses. She said that there would be no charge to do the second pair. They would need to have to make the second pair over from scratch, so just come on back and they would make it right. My husband went back and was treated like "s_ _ t!" The guy, David, treated my husband badly both times that he went into the store, but the lady told him a whole different story when he went in to get the glasses taken care of. She told him that he would have to pay and extra $140. to have the transition taken care of on the second pair of glasses. Also she did something to the glasses to really misshape the frames. One arm was longer than the other and she bent one side in that pressed into his head. Overall it was a 98% total nightmare to deal with the store. We spent $500. in that store. The Doctor was so nice in comparison to the horrible store employees. read more

I've called and called and called about my daughter's contact order, and they keep saying they will call me back. Not one time out of 6 times had anyone called me back. I've been waiting for someone to call me back about my contacts for two weeks. I've got glasses though so whatever. My daughter needs her contacts NOW, not tomorrow or next week NOW PLEASE! I would only recommend this place if you need to use care credit. They seem to be the only ones who take it. read more

I have been wearing glasses almost my entire life and this was the best experience I've had from a employee named Matthew Wolfgang. He was alone in the office and very busy with phone calls and walk in's but was attentive, knowledgeable and went out of his way to assist us with our complicated orders in a professional yet friendly way. He also recommended an AARP special which saved us 60%, which allowed us to purchase extras. I highly recommend this experience! read more
