After several tests I was informed that I had dry eye which I already knew. He informed me that they have a light therapy treatment that helps with this condition. I did my diligence and researched this and it had good results. Unfortunately these treatments run around 900.00. I must have an "S" tattooed on my forehead for sucker. This was over a month ago. I have had only 2 light therapy treatments. (He said 7-8). I also had 1 eye heat treatment. I was scheduled for one on 10/11. However I was called on that date to cancel due to a part needed that was due the end of that week. Was told she would call me when it came in to reschedule. NO call. I called last week to check and was told someone would call be back yesterday or today. NO call! I have already paid 425.00 and I don't feel I have received my adequate care. I should've just gone to an opthamolagist to begin with. I feel I should receive a partial credit and let it go at that. I'm not at all happy with Shelby Eye Care.
