The adjustment was done and out I walked. Sometime later my wife told me that I had an indentation on each side of my head where the arms of the frames went. My glasses kept slipping and they were very uncomfortable. I went back for another adjustment and Michelle was working. Bottom line. The previous "adjustment" damaged the frame and Michelle replaced the frame and fit them perfectly to my head. I will keep going there but will make sure Michelle is working when I go. They prescribed her drops and the condition got worse. I then took her to another doctor and they said that we were over reacting. After a week of my mom's eye getting worse and worse. Someone recommended eyesight clinic. What the other clinics failed to do is listen to my mom and ask her the right question. Dr. Raimon Salim Actually listen to her and found out that my mom condition was way worse and that the other drops were not compatible and that they were making her condition worse. After 2 days of seeing Dr Raimon her eye was so much better and she can Actually see. This is a Clinic that cares and I will not stop recommending them to everyone I know. Without them my mom could have lost her sight. I'm so thankful to them and all their care.

Within one year, my lenses have cracked three separate times -- always in the same spot and always within 1-2 months of getting them replaced. I have never dropped or damaged my glasses. When I said I might dispute the transaction since I wasn't getting the service I paid for, he told me to leave the store and sarcastically said, "good luck with the dispute." It was humiliating to be treated that way, especially in front of my wife and kids. I paid over $600 for what I thought would be quality lenses and customer service -- and instead, I left feeling disrespected and disappointed. Everything went fine with the exam, and when I ordered my glasses, I was told by Anthony that he needed to contact my insurance company and would get back to me. He never did. On Monday, I had to call him--not the other way around--only for him to tell me insurance wouldn't cover the cost. I told him that was fine and to order the glasses anyway. He agreed. Two days later, I called again to check the status, and he said it would take about six weeks to arrive. Fast forward FOUR MONTHS, and I have not received a single update. On March 5, 2025, I called yet again, and this time, Anthony acted like he had no idea what was going on, repeating that insurance wouldn't pay for the glasses--completely ignoring the fact that I had already authorized the order back in November. Not only did he fail to place my order, but he was also rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. When I went in person, he refused to provide his last name, refused to write his name down, and had a terrible attitude the entire time. He even slammed my card down and acted like I was the problem, despite his complete incompetence. Although I felt he did a good job with the exam, the entire second half of my appointment felt extremely rushed. I specifically came here because I have had issues with my glasses prescription. When I asked if we could discuss my glasses, after he said we were done, he seemed very annoyed. He did take a look however, but his annoyance continued and he made me feel very rushed and unwelcome to ask questions. Anywhere else I've ever gone they take the extra 10 minutes to see if they have samples in stock and if they do then they just do the fitment of the contact lens the same day. I asked one of the ladies at the front desk and they said he would have checked if they had in stock.. but I told them I don't think he wanted to even check... it turns out they did have the samples in stock so they let me take the samples but he needed to look at my eyes again with the contacts before he could give the prescription.. so they said they would ask if he could take a few minutes to do the "fitting" and he said no now I need to go back tomorrow for a 15 minute check so he can look at my eyes.. (when I was there anyway but didn't want to see if they had my prescription in stock) when he originally told me he'd call me back for the fitment when the trials came in in 7 days... he didn't even want to try.. and wants you to come back for 3 appts total before the prescription is issued.
