IF I COULD GIVE 0 or negative number stars i would. First off me my mom and brother all got the wrong prescription from the "dr" Alicia Pecco. Then on top of that she diagnosed me with macular/retinal holes in my eyes and scared me thinking i need to make a emergency surgery at a retina doctors office that she sent my info to. So i got a second opinion and THANK GOD i did . I went to an ophthalmologist and they said i had the most healthy retinas and no holes that needed concern or fluid build up or nothing. Not needed to do surgery at all, since i was also non symptomatic. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. read more

Frustrating. While the employees here are nice I don't think that they are well trained. I have now had them improperly set the zones on progressive lenses twice resulting in me having to tilt my head backwards to read. The first time was a year and a half ago and the remade the lenses properly. The second time was in December of 2020 in the height of the pandemic when I was getting back up glasses. They seemed fine in the store and since they were back up glasses identical to my earlier pair I didn't get them out again until I recently needed them. I tried to get used to them for a day only to realize that they had again messed up the height of the zones. I know that I should have been more careful and really tried to wear them for at least a day after first receiving them so it is on me. But to have them make the same mistake twice says a lot. Especially as I asked the clerk to be extra careful when she was setting the heights of the zones and even asked her if she wanted to double check her measurements against my old glasses which had the same frames and same prescription. I have been coming here since they opened this locatio, and usually they are pretty good. But now not so much. Went in to schedule an eye exam and price glasses with my insurance. I was told with my insurance 2 pair one for work and one for play would cost less than 500$ . But when I got the eye exam and went to order glasses it was over 600$.. visionworks has now called and rescheduled my appointments two times due to the dr not being available. extremely unprofessional staff.

The woman at the front desk actually rolled her eyes at me when the manager asked her to assist me. When I told the manager I would rather have someone help me who dI'd not roll their eyes at me, he insisted she help me. It was very unprofessional. I recently visited the Visionworks in valley gate and had an amazing experience. Amanda helped me find the glasses that I was looking for. She was so helpful and called quite a few different locations for me. I had to repurchase my glasses, because I'm an idiot and left them on the roof of my car and ran them over. They were my favorite glasses so she really went above and beyond to help me find them again. I will definitely be recommending and shopping here in the future. read more

Had a little contacts emergency today and they got me right in (I was in and out fast too!). Dr Katie fixed an RX that had been wrongly prescribed and I can see clearer than I have in years. Within a year my eye glass frame hinge came apart and could not be fixed. I was initially told I was out of the warranty by 10 days. Went home and retrieved my receipt and although I PAID for the glasses a couple of days beyond the one year period I didn't receive them for two weeks later so I was technically within the one year of possessing them. So I returned to get them exchanged. Not. I was then asked if I purchased a protection plan which I had not. I was told then that if I didn't purchase their brand of frame there is NO warranty at all. A new frame will cost $200. Garbage. I spent $1,500 on two pair of glasses and have no warranty? I will never return. By the way, found the frames on Amazon for $69. read more

was looking for a quick walk-in eye exam. i was at the walmart across the street and figured id give them a call and give it a shot. i have my primary eye dr closer to home but i wanted to get a quick exam while on lunch break. i called and the girl said theres an opening in the next 2 mins. of course i jumped on that opening and once i got there, i completed registration and was the next person in line to meet with the optometrist. she was only there 2x a week? i think she has her own practice closer to delco. she was great and professional. they didnt pressure me to purchases glasses because my intention was to get a script to use a gc for glasses i received last xmas. they did mention their current promotion 2 for $50 which you cant beat but the options were limited. i would consider coming back for a contact exam but then again, id probably order else where thats cheaper. read more

I have never used your service til today and i can tell u i was treated amazingly. i was at store # 698 valley gate in Warrington PA. Dr Katie Capecci was great and thorough and amazing as well . She seemed to really care but the winner of the customer service award goes to Keisha. What an amazing young person. She helped me choose two pairs of glasses which will be ready in seven days. Your company is very lucky to have an employee such as her. She is amazing. While choosing my glasses and spending time with her doing things to get my glasses ready. I am hopeful for the future of this country when i meet a young person like her. She is one motivated individual. This is where my insurance told me to go, so I had my periodic eye exam here. No problems, no troubles. Then I tried to find a frame. I tried almost every frame on the rack and not one fit. So I asked "What do I do now? None of your frames fit." The person "helping" me said the manager was not in, so she would talk to the manager and call me back. Of course that never happened. A month later I tried again. Still no fits. So they told me to try Wal-Mart next door. And they suggested I go to "the mall" because the mall stores have bigger stock and better selection. OK. I went into my an appointment, they took my insurance card they told me call you back to let you know what your insurance covers in a few hours. I made my appointment on a Wednesday for the following Tuesday. They called me a day before my appointment to tell me they think they have the wrong card now coverage came up.
