So far so good except for one little area where they didn't take into consideration the age of the vehicle versus the low mileage, meaning I was expecting to keep it for awhile. There was an issue that would need addressing a year down the road. This was a unique situation because the vehicle was bought in Pennsylvania but shipped to Arizona. Because that was not caught, the manager Vas apologized and at first wanted to work something out with his shop to address the area needing repair. When he realized the vehicle was already in Arizona, +he refunded my inspection fee. That was the best he could do given the circumstances. I used it as a teaching moment for him to instruct his staff to note things that were not just immediately in need of attention, but those that would need attention soon and already showing signs of wear. (control arms and bushings, which still can cause uneven wear on tires in early stages.) In retrospect the opportunity to bargain with the seller of the vehicle being bought was missed and an expense was incurred, but I think a lesson was learned by all.

So, we got a loaded 2018 Grand Caravan, for about 40% off. Very fast service, very friendly staff, we honestly left there with no questions unanswered. I highly recommend it. Tons of rust underneath, missing one of two catalytic converters, noxious fumes when ran, and numerous other problems. Bought for $7,500, paid about $1,200 in shipping, put almost $2,000 in repairs that were unexpected based on his condition of the vehicle and this car burns about 1.5 quarts every 300 miles. The local dealership stated it needed about $10,000 worth of work to be a decent car. I can maybe get $4,000 out of it as it needs a new engine or for the piston rings to be replaced and engine rebuilt. As a single parent, this is a HUGE loss for me. He claims the parts will arrive soon. After several more days, nothing. I request my deposit back, he refuses.
