This is that it's very hit or miss. I've had some teachers that were super caring, understanding, compassionate and willing to answer any questions I may have had concerning the material. Unfortunately other teachers i've had were unreasonable not very patient and hard to talk to. I would also like to mention one of my old English teachers Mr.reguiro he was awesome and made his class very engaging. As far as the people in this school usually as long as you are doing your own thing and minding your business no one will bother you i've made some great relationships during my 4 years. The food:Personally the cafeteria food wasn't too good but I mean what do you really expect it's a public school... Staff and advisors: it was a little hard to reach my counselors at times but when I finally did get the chance to sit down and talk to them they were very attentive to my needs and listened to my concerns/gave suggestions.

Try outs were late in the summer. Causing payments for cheer to be due almost immediately. To this day cheerleaders have not received all outfits paid for. On top of that the nepotism is ridiculous. Coach Montiel has a daughter on the team as well as Coach Cecelia. The entitlement coach Cece daughter has is disgusting. Cheerleaders are punished for their mistakes but their DAUGHTERS will be excused for the same actions. The same mean girl attitude the daughters have is the same attitude the coaches give out. I'm Black, but I only have one person I feel genuinely comfortable talking to, and I only share one class with them so far. It's not that the students are a problem, it's just hard to find people who match my energy when my personality doesn't line up with the dominant social vibe here. It makes everyday interactions feel awkward and out of place. There's a school nearby I've always wanted to go to, and as a pretty good student with nothing on my record, I expected that to be my path. Instead, I was signed up for this school after saying multiple times I would hate it here for social reasons, and I ended up being right.
