After more than a year working with a neighboring Property management firm regarding a tree trim on neighbor property finally moved forward with trimming of tree. Limbs that were hanging into my property by 15 to 20 or more were targeted for cut back to property line as understood and agreeded upon my neighbor Property Management firm. Hercules, as always and professionally, trimmed the tree on the property line. This particular tree is over 60-90 feet high. The lift addressed this issue. But all were unprepared for the rant, accusations and threats from a neighbor on the neighbor property where the tree is anchored. It was so volatile that I was prepared to call the cops to restrain the neighbor from his threats. I also texted the property management firm to warn their neighbor to stop the threats. No response from them. With all the drama Hercules stood fast and trimmed in spite of the threats and yelling and frightening his team. Hats off to HERCULES TREE. The best. read more

My wife and I interviewed SEVEN companies to undertake a massive tree pruning on four enormous and beautiful trees in our front yard: cutting back dead wood and heavy branches on a 75' deodar cedar, reducing two overgrown live oaks (which revealed a bay view we didn't know we had!), topping and cabling a bifurcated red spruce, and removing a dozen "rounds" left over from another job several years ago performed by another outfit. Richard Cabrera is a total pro with decades of experience, and although he did not offer the lowest bid, we were most impressed with his obvious love for his work, the respect he had for these four lovely trees, and his intent to make them all lighter and safer while maintaining their shape. He brought a half-dozen men with him and the job was done efficiently and safely. Any time there was a question, he called on us to help clarify our wishes. After all the chipping was complete, they cleaned up the yard, blew all the debris off our walkways and driveway and left the property looking better than when they arrived. WONDERFUL being the recipient of UNDER-promising and OVER-delivering! Finally, a small thing, but to us underscored their care for their customers, the invoice included a self-addressed and STAMPED envelope. What a great bunch of guys!!,,Showed up as promised. The coordinator spent several minutes reviewing the job and what I wanted to accomplish in regards to restoring my view of the Bay. He then directed his climbers and the job was exquisite. We both forgot that a dead tree was also to have been removed.
