Went to get an alignment and they had it done after 40 minutes. When received I immediately went for a test drive, steering wheel shakes over 30mph and the alignment is insanely off. They told me I needed new lower control arms and estimated me 1200 on a 300-400 dollar repair. Which is not surprising when they charged me 3x what Evan's tire shop charges me on a single alignment. Terrible customer service, they sold me defected tires and they wouldn't replace them

I needed a flat repair done before embarking on a 800 mile business trip the next morning at 3am. I arrived at the shop around 4pm. The technician was friendly and immediately went to work repairing the tire. The job was done quickly. However, I drove back home, packed and had a 7:00pm meeting to attend to that evening which required a short freeway drive. As soon as the vehicle approached 50+ mph, my car began violently shaking. Really? The technician did not rebalance the tire after the repair or insured tire realignment to its original balanced location on the rim? Unfortunately, this ruined my chance of early travel to "beat" the morning SoCal rush hour traffic! Plus, I will now be late for my out of state appointment because the tire shop does not open until till 8:30am in order to have the tire rebalanced. Thoroughly frustrated to say the least. read more

The place is called Vista tire experts, but it doesn't look like it last day I went with my dad. My dad wanted to tighten his bolts on his rims, but the guy was acting dumb and making excuses. My dad said he will pay either way the guy said it was a waste of time so my dad got mad and left. Don't recommend. Never go there. All the people were acting duck there. read more

Unprofessional! Called day before and scheduled the appointment at 3pm since they "were busy before and after" yeah sure.. I drove 25 minutes showed up 2:50 it was closed, waited until 3:20 no one showed up, called them 3 times no answer at all. Im not cheap, I like to think im smart. I go thru tires like toilet paper so Ive never seen the logic in spending hundreds on new ones when I can get good used ones for less than half. I go through them very quick so it just made sense. This is my go to place for alignments, balancing, and tires. The prices are alot lower than big places like discount tire co. And meineke. The service is always great these 2 guys that work there are always helpful and ive seen them answering even the dumbest questions. They open everyday of the week and on most holidays. I went to get an oil change this morning and was told that they noticed something was rubbing my front tire on the driver side which was wearing down my tire. They recommend that I take it to a tire place to have them look at it. So I took it to this place about an hour ago and the young man at the front desk told me that he didn't have time to look at my tire. I told him it only takes a minute and I can bring it back to get it fixed. I just wanted him to look to see if he could see what was causing the rubbing. Again he said he did not have time. A place with good customer service will take a minute to look and would ask the customer to come back when he had the time. This guy just didn't want to be bothered. I am never going there again. I took it to another tire place and it took him a minute to look at it and told me what it was. read more

EDIT: August 14, 2020. I am not sure when, but some time within the past year, they brought in a new guy to manage this shop (from their main one). I don't know why because the guys here did an exceptional job. I had not had a chance to come in since the change, but my father had. He didn't seem to have the best experience, but I came in anyway because they were great before. Unfortunately, the new guy came to the front to help me. I asked him if they sold lug nuts, and said that I was not sure what thread I needed. He said yes, and asked me to bring the car to the side. I did, and he took one of them off to check the size. I thought that was weird because I would imagine they had a way of checking (thread size) without having to take one off. Things got worse when he brought out a zip lock bag of lug nuts. It looked like a full set, but I was not expecting to be offered used lugs out of a zip lock bag. I thought they would have new sets, in a sealed package. It is a legit tire shop, and not a garage mechanic, after all (no offense to garage mechanics, but you aren't a tire shop so you aren't expected to sell new lug nuts). I told the guy that I did not want those because I wanted black ones (I did, but I also wasn't sure what to say because I was shocked!). Then things got more strange when he offered to spray paint them. He said that is what he does with his. I definitely was not expecting to go to a tire shop and be offered used lug nuts, out of a zip lock bag, and then offered to have them rattle canned. That wasn't even the end of it. When I confirmed that I did not want the random used lug nuts, the guy was clearly upset that he had taken the time to offer them and quickly and lightly rudely said "Ok have a good day." He quickly walked inside and he told his co-worker "No quiere pagar." That translates to: "He doesn't want to pay." No, I do not want to pay $40 for used lug nuts that I know nothing about, and I do not want them spray painted with a rattle can. You can get a set of new ones for less than that at the parts store, painted from factory. This could have all been avoided if he had said he only has used sets, and he did not have to be rude. I am going to have to look for another shop, but it will be worth it to avoid this guy's service. He is there every day so there is no avoiding him. He mostly parks in front, in the customer spaces (The other guys always park toward the back of the shop or across the street). I do not recommend this shop anymore. read more

This place is great when they actually have your tire size in stock. The staff is very friendly and professional. Their prices are okay for used tires, for my car it was 45 dollars for one used tire. But the used tires can be a hit or miss, I've bought some that last over a year and some that last only 3-4 months. To get you car alignment it's pretty cheap 60 bucks compared to other places like Big O or Discount Tires. That charge over 100 bucks. read more

Came once, then kept coming. I have also sent my family in. New or used, their tires are a great value and the service is excellent. They don't always have the tire you want on-site, but most of the time can get it within a couple of hours from their main location in Vista. The support for their clients is what keeps me coming back. They will rotate your tires for free after you have purchased from them. You can stop in and they will inflate your tires, fix a flat, etc. Good business, run well. read more

this place does a great job with out all the bells and whistles. very inexpensive, they do not charge you $12.00 a tire for installation (like Discount tire) saving you almost $50 buck right there. There work is quick and fair. I been there several time over the past 5 years. Do not buy used tires from this place. You will find that people who purchase new tires get bumped up to the front. We waited a long time and they simply did not care about our business. They need to tell customers who do not buy new tires that they will receive inferior customer service. Why did we have to wait so long?
