Came in on a Sunday and the boys at the shop were awesome! First off these guys were honest. I had two nails in the tire and they analyzed both tires in front of me to show which one needs repair and which hole did not. Luckily I only had one nail that went through the track, the other was just a surface nail that entered side ways. He let me know he can repair it vs forcing me to buy a whole new tire. The repair took about 20-25 minutes or so and it was handled with precision. He marked how the tire was removed so he can put it back in exactly as he got it out. He marked the hole that needs to be fixed and fixed it like a doctor performing surgery! Steady hands and some loud buzzing as if he was amputating a leg off a patient with diabetes. In the end, the tire went on and nuts were torqued to spec. Each nut carefully handled and hand started and then started pounding away at it with the impact. Price was reasonable and fair and left the boys a few extra bucks to grab two meal boxes and a drink. Thanks fellas. Be back soon. Oh, and they went around and check the air on all my tires. I got a flat in Escondido and thank goodness they were open until 7 here. I could not get there until 655pm and was so scared I would be turned away and with this spare on while needing to be on freeways to get home. I am so grateful and thankful that Luis came right up to my car when I pulled in to their lot and thank the Loooooooooooooord he said he would take care of us and he did as well as his coworkers. We got 2 tires because I saw the other front one was splitting. We were done and driving away at 7:29pm. We did opt for 2 used/like new front tires since my back ones still had 10,000 miles. On Saturday 4/8/2023, I had an unfortunate situation. I was driving home from a friend's birthday party in Escondido and ran over a pothole. Due to the recent storms in SoCal, potholes have been popping up everywhere. So, be careful. It was just after 5pm and I wasn't even going fast... maybe 30/35 mph. But I drive a low-profile tire vehicle so I damaged not one but both tires on the right passenger side. Thankfully I called AAA for a tow and was driven to the only tire shop in the vicinity that was open until 7pm. All the tire shops per my Yelp search had already closed at 5pm. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Eduardo who let me know that because my vehicle needed specialty tires (high sports performance), he didn't have new tires in stock. He gave me a few options and was very transparent in letting me know that he could install a used tire for the front passenger and put my spare on the rear so at least I could get home safely for the Easter holiday. I was concerned about installing a used tire and Eduardo empathized with me but did assure me that he does install used tires as part of his business and it has been working out well. Worst case - at least I could get back home to OC to determine whether I'd change out the used or keep "as is." So far, I haven't had any issues and the tire shop I took my vehicle to get my spare tire replaced completed inspection and confirmed everything is okay. I had a screw in my tire and called to see if they could help. The young lady who answered was very pleasant and informative. I asked when a good time to go in would be and she said they weren't very busy right now (10:00), I left right away! Found inside an automotive business area, I was greeted by a very nice young lady. I was quickly directed to a car bay where they would check the tire. Within 15 minutes, the tire was off, evaluated, discussed with me and quickly fixed. They then checked air pressure in the remaining tires and found one more (same side) was very low! They asked if they could check that one and found ANOTHER puncture! This one was also repaired and all complete within half an hour. Total cost was $50. But the priceless invoice was the care, communication, safety and efficiency they provide their customers. I found this with the other customers while I was there too. This is a small FAMILY OWNED business. I prefer to use local small businesses over large chains. I was not disappointed, felt cared for and appreciated their focus on client safety. They are also open 7 days a week. Was leaving the San Diego safari with my family and saw we had a flat tire in the parking. Due to the location of the nail it couldn't be patched and the towing service was 2hrs out. Thankfully there was a Good Samaritan in the almost empty parking lot who had an air machine. That was able to get me to this shop since it was the only one open after 630pm. And Jose agreed to wait around till I arrived since they were closing up. Given that I lived almost 2hrs away this was a necessity. I would be very careful buying tires from these guys. They have good service. However, when I came by they were painting their tires. Meaning their tires are really old. The moisture comes out of them and get discolored and they paint them to make them look brand new. This Hass to be against the law or something. I would really make sure those tires are fresh that you're getting if you're getting new tires from them like I said I pulled up and he was painting tires in his Driveway. read more

Brought in my pick up truck a few weeks ago and the owner repaired my slow leak with replacing the valve stem. Found his service rapid and honest. Plus, I brought my Prius in because the air pressure sensor light was on the dashboard. They gave me an assessment then checked my tires thoroughly. They found some severe wear in the inner wheel of the tires. Although they didn't have replacements at the moment, they took down my number, called me the next day and found me affordable replacements. They included a rotation of all my tires. The prefer cash. I didn't have it. They trusted me enough to go to the ATM....which included a drive to Vons for a 12 pack of Coca Cola as a small gift of appreciation for their expediency, friendliness and hard work.
