I went in to get a tire rotation done (I was told it was free upon purchasing new tires). Employees don't seem to be happy about this because one of the employees removed the weights added to the wheel that is used for balancing the tire rotation. One picture shows the normal wheel (dirty) with all weights. The other picture shows recent-scratches to the wheel that was done when removing the weights. Go take your money elsewhere. Olive tire shop was referred to me by a good friend. I called to see if they could replace a tractor tire for me. It was a standard 8 ply HD trailer tire. They had new ones in stock at a great price (too good for my tractor) He showed me his used tires and selection of tread patterns. Went to fix a flat tire on my Honda Civic 2018 And Then noticed the rim to that tire was all scratched when I got home. Went back and let them know my rim was all scratched and all they said was "we're a used tire shop." He also said he had dropped the rim but it had fallen on the opposite side. I told him he wasn't even the one who swapped my tire out. And didn't say much afterwards. Horrible customer service. Their job is to keep our things safe. Eddie is awesome. Not only are the prices great here but the customer service is as well. Usually can find tires at 75% at a fraction of what you would pay. Why pay $800 for tires when u can usually find a (high quality) tire set for around $300. Also they don't just plug the flats like discount tire, they do actual patch work which is a million times safer. I would give them ZERO stars if I could. I went to them to get two back tires replaced on my car. I've been to them before and they a great job, but this time around, not so much. After they had put the tires on and had charged me, they decided to let me know that two of the nuts on one tire, were shredded. And that I needed to get new ones. So I left and went and got new ones. Turns out, two of my studs were shredded, not the lug nuts!!!! I called them to let them know and I asked if they could fix them and they said "we only do tires ma'am" but that was my issue???? So I preceded to ask for my money back, considering they messed up and damaged two of my studs. Their response "we can switch back your old tires if you'd like". Seriously?!?!?!! Then they proceeded to tell me that the studs came in like that.....no they weren't. They were the first ones to even touch my tires on my car, since I got the car. UGGGHHHH!!!!! I am never coming to this place again!! Do not trust them! They may have cheap tires but their customer service is horrible!!!
