I've been to the top beauty spas, salons, dermatologists, and dietitians in LA, Seoul, and Bay Area who are known for top notch care, but Susy (the owner) is by far my favorite! And super lucky, she's also the closest to me. Despite squeezing me in last minute on a Saturday, she saw me promptly. Her new office was beautiful, clean, easy to find, and had ample parking. Her front desk/receptionist was super nice and made sure I was comfortable. Susy took all my questions and concerns first, then explained what was happening. It was very unlike other beauty/health spas in that she had deep expertise in everything from internal medicine and dietary effects, to dermatology in one. Susy didn't push ANYTHING on me, and gave me the full hour to fill me in on every concern I listed. I've been very afraid of needles, lasers, and most definitely, anything to do with fillers, and she was very respectful of what I did and didn't want to do. When it came time to get skin treatments, she was transparent about pricing, healing time, and things to avoid to ensure the best outcomes and care. After my appointment, she sent me detailed notes on what we did, and made sure I had her personal contact info in case I had questions or concerns.
