The reviews convinced this super skeptic when it comes to making the call for someone to give a bid on an expensive repair. It was easy to set up an appointment and they were here when they said they would be. They spent time talking me through the options and didn't hard sell me on anything. They didn't even suggest a replacement but I was already anticipating it because our unit had reached its limit. They said they could install one of their partner water heaters or I could purchase one and have them install it for me, both at reasonable rates. I ended up going with their water heater because it could be done same day without a lot of hassle. The pricing was fair and reasonable. They were done in a couple hours and we are back up and running with hot water. Many of the other companies that claim to be local have been bought out by private equity firms and their pricing reflects it. Steer clear. These guys are legit and will be the place I call when water/plumbing-related issues arise!

And I run downstairs to find my basement flooded with water pouring in from my cement wall. I called ASAP left a message on their voicemail and got a call back within minutes. I explained my emergency and Kevin, the owner, personally came out that night to help me get things assessed and water turned off in places to prevent further damage and coordinated with his crew to be out in the next 48 hours to fix everything. I thought it would be thousands of dollars given the off hours and emergency nature of my issue but no the entire job was less than $1000. Shocked the hell out of me. These guys are truly honest. In my fire state they could have just charged me anything and I would have paid it.
