Bridget is one of those people that you feel has never met a stranger in her life - she took the time to put me at ease, answer all my questions and didn't make me feel like a goof for being scared. After nearly 10 years from my initial sunspot removal, I made an appointment for touch ups and, per…read moremy consult with Dr. Pien, I opted to proceed with her recommendation for C02 Fractional laser resurfacing. I was nervous but 10 days out and I am SOOOO thrilled with the results. The procedure was painless due to 1 hour medical grade numbing all over face, back, and a few décolletage spots. Cold air was blown on face and lasering of brown spots on face was over within a few minutes. The C02 laser took around 10 minutes and painless. Dr. Pien gave me a lighter setting to respect my concerns and since it was my first time. I flipped over to zap brown spots on my back. They moved me to a quick red light therapy to promote face healing and then RN slathered sunscreen and Egyptian magic. They gave me some gentle face cleanser and Egyptian magic for aftercare. I went with Aquaphor to promote faster healing and for 4 days I religiously covered my face in Aquaphor and large hats and face shield for reflection if I had to go outside. But I tried to stay in. By day 5 I could go out with hat and face shield, mineral sunscreen and mineral makeup but would come home, clean my face and cover my skin with thick Illyoon cream because skin started to feel tight. I am so happy with the results! Skin is smooth and even skin tone. I wish I had come back 5 years ago instead wasting money on expensive skincare products and facials. Dr. Pien has multiple laser certifications and pioneered integrative wellness therapy. Next for me will be IV drip and regular maintenance for skincare. The reason for 3 star review is that the front desk receptionist was 45 minutes late to open the clinic and she kept telling me that I booked for microneedling and had no idea about rejuran injection. She was confused and didn't understand what i booked and didn't know the price either. She had to ask the nurse what it was that I was getting and asked what the pricing was. I felt that it was a bit confusing since the workers there should be knowledgeable about what's offered. Other than that, I would probably come back knowing all of that in mind. The person injecting me used Radiesse, and when things went wrong, she actually tried to dissolve it using Hylenex--which any qualified professional should know does absolutely nothing to dissolve Radiesse. Instead of proper medical care, she just handed me aspirin and sent me home with a severely bruised, damaged face. She promised she would fix the mistake, but her version of "fixing it" was trying to reinject directly into the exact same compromised, injured area. It was incredibly unsafe. I ended up taking this business to court over the damage they caused, and I won the case. They are completely reckless, unprofessional, and untrained. I highly beg everyone to stay far away from this clinic for your own safety.
