Specifically, I wanted to clarify which version of the product they are currently using, as there is a significant distinction between the injectable form and the topical serum. After receiving no response to my email over the weekend, I called the spa today to get information. The person who answered, Henry, was dismissive and unhelpful. When I explained my question, he repeatedly asked what I was trying to ask, despite me having just clearly stated it. It felt like he was intentionally feigning confusion rather than admitting he did not know the answer. When I finally asked to be transferred to a clinical coordinator or someone knowledgeable who could clarify the product, he paused for a long time before telling me he was just a scheduler and could not help. I then asked why he did not connect me with someone who could answer the question from the start, and he merely replied that they were busy and offered to have someone call me back. If they have an email address for inquiries, they should monitor it. If they are going to list a phone number for questions, they should have a system in place to connect clients to someone who actually understands the services they provide. Instead, I was treated like an inconvenience for seeking basic information about a treatment involving my face. The lack of accountability and the dismissive attitude are not acceptable for a medical spa. I have zero confidence in their process and will be taking my business elsewhere.

They offer cheap services so they get lots of customers who are trying to save, that's why they have no incentive for customer service or taking in new customers like myself. The receptionist was dismissive, refused to listen or understand the seriousness of my concerns, and ultimately hung up on me. And stated that the advice of my General Doctors is just his basic opinion. For a business providing medical or wellness-related treatments, that kind of response is unacceptable.I would not recommend this spa to anyone seeking responsible care, proper follow up, or basic professionalism when something goes wrong.
