We consider his general advices the reason for the rating. There appears to be Chinese doctors on-site. We have never use that services. They also sell pre-packaged standard prescriptions for various common ailments. We tried only the ones for new mothers.

From the pristine state of the shop to the warm hospitality I received from the moment I entered, this place is definitely a shop I'll be returning to often. The staff are remarkably friendly and genuinely helpful, playing a huge role in making the experience smooth as silk. I came in with a prescription from abroad and with their help we managed to figure out a dosage to start me off with. I do appreciate that they gave me a small supply to trial things (just to see if it works) rather than trying to sell me up on a larger batch. Staff were focused on what I needed and thoroughly explained things rather than trying to make a quick buck; we discussed symptoms to verify medication appropriateness, double checked on whether the pricing made sense for my prescription dosage, and even reminded me to drink hot water for my headaches. It also helps that they know both Mandarin and Cantonese to boot, so between all these factors I certainly feel like I can trust them to know their stuff and treat folks with respect. Even on the financial front, a week's supply of medication for $40 is competitive with prices back in Hong Kong, so pretty much everything seems top notch. We'll see whether the dosage is about right, but Willie promptly gave his card to me just in case I had questions or if anything didn't make sense. Their customer service is worth praising and I plan on being a regular here.

I've been coming to see Olivia and David for over 10 years and they are both very skilled and gifted acupuncturist!! They also helped my son when he was going through growing pains as a young teenager. They've also helped me with my chronic pain throughout the years , since I was in an accident. They are both very caring, and no up-to-date medical information. David also likes to make a number of herbal tees, tinctures, and solves! I'm so lucky to have found them!! I will continue to visit them and it's always great to get a good nights sleep after my acupuncture and cupping appointment!! I suggest everybody at least check them out!! plus I love their new Sunnyville Office. It's closer for me. Lol they also have an office in Brentwood California in case you're in the East Bay!!

He even showed me how to self-massage if it comes back. Truly remarkable and the best care I've had. I left feeling better than I have in months, and I'll definitely be coming back to him for any future discomforts. Highly recommend him to anyone seeking real results.

What I appreciated most was how thorough and professional he was during each visit. He took the time to understand my overall health and explained how acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine could support my weight loss goals. Over time, I noticed steady changes in my weight and healthier daily habits. The care here feels thoughtful, personalized, and focused on long term results rather than quick fixes.

Some of the symptoms even resembled MS. Needless to say, I was incredibly worried, anxious, and suffering. Normal doctors and specialists could not figure out how to help me to feel better. I feel so lucky to have found Dr. Cheng! He recommended dietary changes and used acupuncture and herbs to bring me back to health. I've learned a lot about the human body and traditional Chinese medicine from my talks with him and he is truly an amazing practitioner. He is well rounded and kind. His use of acupuncture and herbs can help when Western medicine cannot (speaking as someone who works in western healthcare). Highly recommend!!

I decided to see the young man to whom she transferred her business and he gets less than 1-star from me. First, I exchanged 8 text messages with him before he identified that he was NOT Catherine Burns! Already a little suspect. Then when I was explaining why I had come in, he proceeded to mansplain to me why my heart rate might be elevated, that if I was concerned I should see my primary care physician, and how to take my blood pressure at home. During the treatment, while I was in the room by myself "relaxing", he was in the next room making a commotion (it sounded like those cupping cups being removed and thrown into a bin: crash, bang, clatter!) After he removed the needles and left me to collect myself, I felt a pain in my hand. There was a lump that looked like half a hard-boiled egg under my skin! When I pointed it out to him, and asked if there was anything I should be looking out for that might indicate things were getting worse, and also asked if there was anything I should do like ice or heat, the only response I got was that it was a hematoma and it was fine and it would resolve in about a day. No advice, no compassion, no bedside manner throughout the entire appointment! He did send me a text to check on me 2 days later. After I gave him an update, he continued to tell me how common this was, to which I responded that in the 40 years I've received acupuncture, and across my friends and family who receive acupuncture, we have never seen this before! To which he condescendingly asked whether any of us were medical professionals and then texted me NIH articles about the side effects of acupuncture. Then he asked how to invoice me! WOW!!! The nerve! Definitely NEVER going back! So - anyone know a good acupuncturist???
