Let me tell you, these acai bowls are amazing. Many times açaí bowls are made in what I would call smoothie fashion - very runny, like someone just put a smoothie in a bowl and called it a day. But this açaí was creamy and tart, like a sherbet, and they were very generous with toppings. They use natural sugars (honey, etc) so it still felt light even though there was a ton of fiber and filling toppings. I miss Liv's! Hopefully I can visit again if I'm in the area.

We were waiting to place our order, and instead of acknowledging us, he chose to serve customers who arrived several minutes after we did, while completely ignoring us. We were the only customers there at the time, so there was absolutely no reason for us to be overlooked. When I finally addressed the situation, he responded, "Well, you didn't say anything. You were just standing there like you hadn't made up your mind," and then continued serving the other customers. That response was completely inappropriate and showed a serious lack of basic customer service. The kiosk, which I understand is normally used for ordering, was not working that day, so customers should have been assisted directly by staff. Deliberately ignoring customers who are already waiting and then speaking to them disrespectfully is unacceptable. I work hard for my money, and after this experience, I would not choose to spend it at this location again. Customers deserve to be acknowledged, treated respectfully, and assisted when the normal ordering system is unavailable. This experience was extremely disappointing, especially given that we were the only customers in the store when we arrived.
