Sandwiches were ordered were also delicious and we're looking forward to trying other food next time. There are plenty of tables and seating with plugs which is a plus. Because it is a workplace cafe, it is only open Mon-Fri.

Among Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioners, Acai is very popular. I have had Acai bowls from everywhere across the bay area, and been to many Vitality Bowls. This one was by far my favourite- there are two redheaded girls who work here and they are both amazing. They were helpful, gave me an honest time estimate, and were full of suggestions and commentary on my order. When I was brought out my bowl they asked if I needed anything else and told me just to let them know if I needed anything. The bowl itself was blended well, the ingredients tasted fresh, and the suggestions made by the staff made it my best one I've ever had. To all the people commenting about the wait, this isn't McDonald's. It takes time to assemble and prepare. Slow down and enjoy yourself. Omg this place is amazing I have never tasted anything that is so good and still healthy! I love it and if you need somewhere to go quickly just grab a vitality bowl, they also have paninis that are to die for! I could live off of vitality bowls and their paninis for the rest of my life. When ever me and my friends are in downtown Danville vitality bowls is always the first place that pops into our heads because it is so amazing. I also play a lot of soccer and it is the perfect place to go in between games to get some protein and energy. I love Vitality Bowls! They have a great variety in their menu ranging from bowls to paninis to smoothies with lots of healthy options at reasonable prices! This new store is very clean and well kept and the staff is all very helpful, nice and efficient! With just a few minutes wait they have your freshly prepared food ready to go! My personal favorites are the Warrior Bowl and the Roasted Turkey panini! This store in particular is also conveniently located in downtown Danville with proximity to SRVHS and the Danville Library and makes for a great place to grab a snack or a meal after school or during a study break! read more

The wait time is ridiculous especially after I place a phone order and when I got there they said they didn't run it through the system. Also when you are checking out, it asks for a tip, how uncomfortable and tacky is that. Just keep a tip jar out so you don't feel like you are being forced uncomfortably. read more

They are always friendly, welcoming, and quick to help whenever needed. Unfortunately, since the recent management change, the overall environment has become noticeably more stressful--for both the employees and the customers. As a customer, it was often difficult to even know who the manager was because he was rarely visible in the front of the store. More importantly, the new policies have had a very negative impact on the experience. The decision to blend iced beverages is especially disappointing. In my opinion, it changes the taste and quality of the drinks and makes the experience feel more like a fast-food coffee shop than the Peet's environment I've always enjoyed. It also takes considerably more time, and I have never experienced longer wait times at this location than I have since this change was introduced. Unfortunately, those longer wait times seem to be creating tension among coworkers and between employees and customers. I've witnessed more issues in the past few months than I ever have before. There are also some basic upkeep concerns that seem to be going unaddressed. Lights have gone out and remained unreplaced, and the broken light above the bean area has apparently been that way for over a year. The store is generally clean, the music is at a comfortable volume, and the employees do a good job keeping things presentable, so I do appreciate that. But customers care about more than cleanliness. We care about the people who make this location special. The baristas are the reason many of us continue coming back, and it is genuinely disappointing to see some of the best employees leave. It feels like the current management and policies are pushing out the very people who have made this location worth visiting. I really hope management takes this feedback seriously. I would love to see the old Peet's environment return--one where the baristas are supported, the customer experience is prioritized, and the store feels like the welcoming place it used to be. I'm still coming because I care about the baristas and the community they've built here. But if more of them leave because of these issues, I honestly don't know how much longer I'll continue coming to this location.
