He was sensitive, personable, and competent. He offered several options. I chose a less expensive one because I didn't want to go through insurance and I plan to keep the car. He also could have taken the cheap way out but he didn't - he replaced ALL the rotors and the caliper that was sticking. I cant think of another place that would have even fixed the caliper never mind take care of the rotors. We purchased an older truck from Premium about 2 years ago, and when we bought it the underneath…read morelook very clean (no rust) and we were excited for the truck to come with a 2-year RI inspection as we took that to mean it was safe to drive and wouldn't need much maintenance right away. A couple of months ago we found that the underneath was mostly all rusted and became unsafe to drive as two of the three gas tank brackets had rusted off. We had to nring it to a welder/fabricator to have the frame worked on and turns out the truck should never have passed inspection as someone had bondoed the rusted joints and spots along the truck frame and then applied an undercoat to hide it. The welder informed us that what was sold or us was very unsafe and what was done to hide the rust issues is illegal. Beware of purchasing a vehicle from Premium as you will not be able to know if major issues are being hidden that you will have to address soon down the road.

My car had sat untouched at the previous dealer& they had no sense of urgency to even look at it to ease my mind. My oil pan had hit debris on the road & leaked out. The engine was at risk of seizing. I didn't expect a miracle but an evaluation would have been appreciated. I explained to them that I had no rental on my insurance & I'm my mother's caregiver on Hospice. They seemingly didn't care. Brad's &( Steve), very communicative with me, listened to all my concerns & gave me specific timelines that they followed to a T! I'd recommend them with 5 stars.
