I took the car to Pat and he stopped what he was doing and started to diagnose the car. He then told me that most likely it wasn't serious. I told him I had an important doctors appointment the next morning and asked if I should rent a car. He said "leave the car with me." Later that day, he called me and said the car was repaired! Wow, was I grateful and relieved that he was able to fix the car the SAME DAY! I always trust Pat. He and his team are very customer focus, honest and competent. Steve Medeiros answered the phone and suggested we try to push the dent out because why would I want to replace a bumper on my older car. I was surprised that he suggested an easy fix and so so grateful. I came by the next day and he spend about 30 min pushing the dent out himself to much success! On top of saving me the cost of a new bumper, he didn't charge me a penny for his time. I owe him big time and plan to go no where but the Mike's Auto Body family of businesses. I find that is not common as a young woman going to a mechanic. I will certainly be back here for all of my car needs moving forward. The prices are unbeatable AND they offered me a military discount. The man who worked on my vehicle explained things so well and truly seemed to care about my safety. Not once did they appear frustrated with me for my questions-and there were a lot of them- and I respect the way they conduct business. I recently bought a used car from Paul Cantins Fall River location and not only did I get a great…read morecar at a great price but when I noticed the brakes were throbbing after a few days Paul had me bring it to J+G on 14th St ( HONEST great mechanic btw ) who took care of the problem in one day. He also could have taken the cheap way out but he didn't - he replaced ALL the rotors and the caliper that was sticking. I cant think of another place that would have even fixed the caliper never mind take care of the rotors. You can trust Paul when he says he backs up his vehicles - I would gladly buy from him again - 5 stars because that's all I can give I would give him 6 - Thanks Again Paul

My car had sat untouched at the previous dealer& they had no sense of urgency to even look at it to ease my mind. My oil pan had hit debris on the road & leaked out. The engine was at risk of seizing. I didn't expect a miracle but an evaluation would have been appreciated. I explained to them that I had no rental on my insurance & I'm my mother's caregiver on Hospice. They seemingly didn't care. Brad's &( Steve), very communicative with me, listened to all my concerns & gave me specific timelines that they followed to a T! I'd recommend them with 5 stars. Polite, communicative, knowledgeable & relatively quick. I got my car back & I'm grateful.
