We just ate a Vito's, our waiter from the last time we were here 2 months ago remembered he over charged us. He gave us back what he had overcharged us and apologized for it . The stupidest restaurant that I have come across in a while, no service no friendliness. The woman comes and says How you doing that does nothing for my water glass and then it should just not help me with the food to put it in a dish or give me a bag so today I see pasta sauce on my brand new car seat and it's cloth and there's pasta sauce on the floorboard. I had to take my shopping out of my plastic bag just to put my food container in it because they don't give you a plastic bag and they give you a bad container that is like Styrofoam. It is not even gonna seal it from any kind of damage so you could eat your food the next day. The food comes out of cans. It's not real food. They don't cook it and where they get the meatballs from as a trip because I wouldn't even feed a dog their meatballs. Their meatballs are in an entire joke. They must've bought them in a bag from Walmart frozen. And when I mention they don't help you put the food even in the container the spaghetti plate is gigantic. You try to put that food in the container they give you half of my food is all over the table and I have to scoop it off the table to bring it home. is this what makes a good restaurant these days you get a tip for service if there is no service there is no chip so she blew off any opportunity for a tip and I don't do that. I went somewhere today. The guy got a $15 tip for excellent service. I don't know why they have good reviews. I don't think people know what good food is around here. We came here last year and remember the food was good. Was here this week but I have to say the pizza was not as good, they use the same sauce for pizza and spaghetti and dip for the mozzarella sticks. Pizza was okay not as good as the last time. The crust was good. Spaghetti was not good the sauce was not good didn't even stick to the noodles. Wings were good. They need to work on their sauces and this place would be perfect. read more

We drove in from out of town in a fairly large group (11 to be exact) and wanted a quick bite that wasn't fast food. After reading reviews of their amazing customer service we decided to give Vito's a try. Not only were we a large group we also arrived about an hour to 1hour 10 mins prior to closing, now this is when we really realized that their customer service is amazing! Our server, I didn't ask for her name but really kind younger women with a Pin Up look, was really kind and didn't hesitate or look bothered that we showed up an hour prior to closing. She quickly pushed some tables together and took our order. Food was really good we ordered pizza, mozzarella sticks and fried zucchini. We visited Vito's for lunch just as they opened. We were quickly greeted and sat at a nice clean booth and our drink orders were taken. I noticed the lunch special was a three-item calzone for $5.99 so I knew what I was having. I ordered the lunch calzone which I was told was smaller than a regular calzone, no problem. I ordered sausage, meatball, and ham as my three items. The wife ordered baked spaghetti. Our meals arrived in a reasonable amount of time, considering they were made up special and baked upon order. The calzone was a good size with plenty of meat, brushed with garlic butter and came with a large portion of meat sauce for dipping. Flavor was good, there was plenty of cheese and it was cooked well. The only gripe was the fact that the crust was a bit dense for my liking, but overall it was very good. The wife enjoyed her baked spaghetti, it was a large portion and it came with a garlic breadstick. Our meal and experience at Vito's were very good, we will return when in the area. read more

Excellent food! Let me start by saying I'm severely impressed, the food tasted phenomenal and came out HOT! Our server was Taylor (I believe, sorry I didn't check the bill or see a name tag just overheard the name during our dinner). Taylor was very kind and attentive, and when we were done with our meal, instead of shooing us out, she very politely let us know to take our time and offered to flag her down in case we needed anything else. My only wish was there would be a larger draft selection or possibly mixed drinks, but beggars can't be choosers. Enjoyed the meal and appreciated the courteous service. I was very hopeful here. I had the pastrami sandwich and fries. It was a totally greasy affair with stringy pastrami and overwhelmingly mustardy. My wife ordered a breaded chicken cutlet sandwich and fries. The tomato slices came to her frozen. On a bright spot the fries were ok and service was pretty good. I won't be returning. read more

I was reading reviews of local restaurants, and over and over, "Vitos" kept coming up. This could be either bad or good, so I kept reading... and the reviews were glowing. So, I jumped in. I ordered what most of the recommendations were for: Baked spaghetti Ribs Pizza And I also ordered lasagna, because, why not? Where do I start, besides saying that my hubby and I have already eaten most of it.... The pizza crust is perfect. Just the way I like it. Soft and buttery.... delicious toppings...golden bubbly cheese... The baked spaghetti is delicious... nice and saucy, which you want anytime you bake pasta. Perfect flavor to the sauce, sweet and savory. Amazing. The lasagna is just as outstanding, with generous portions for both pastas and loaded with cheese on top and griddled to a golden bubbly. The ribs fall off the bone with terrific flavors, and it came with a choice of 2 sides... that at this point there is no way I can eat. I am sure they are very tasty. Garlic bread sticks and green salad also came with this epicurean feast... but who is going to waste stomach space at this point? I am stuffed beyond hope, fat and happy, and cant wait to order from them again! What's next? I give them 500 stars and 75 thumbs up ! read more

We had the all you can eat salad, soup and pizza. The salad was fresh, crisp and delicious with tasty dressings. The pizza slices I chose were excellent. I wish there had been some way to tell the flavor of pizza I was getting. I'm short and couldn't see into the ovens and they weren't labeled. The potato bacon cream soup was delicious. Vito's seems to always have had difficulty maintaining consistent quality over the years, but tonight, it was pretty bad. It's been several months since we've ordered from there, but decided to give it another try tonight. I was shocked when I was told our order would be $48 for 2 fish dinners, that's it, nothing else. So since their prices have sky-rocketed, I'm expecting for the dinners to be at least tasty and fresh... Well what a huge disappointment!! Not 1 piece of fish was fried to a golden brown, more like puke yellow, the fish from there can be plump & juicy, but tonight were flat and kind of greasy, the fries were fine, but the coleslaw, which is my favorite from there, had a spoiled taste with brown and gray pieces of cabbage throughout. If I'm paying $48 plus a delivery tip, I expect to at least not be served spoiled food and the fried fish to at least look appealing. We try to support the local businesses, but we just can't with Vito's anymore. read more

Spending one day in Laughlin and we were looking for somewhere to eat that is good and relatively inexpensive. A search of the internet brought us to Vito's based on customer comments. The restaurant was very clean and there was no wait. We did the $9.99 salad bar/pizza buffet. It was very good and we left stuffed. Due to Covid, our server made our salads for us and brought us whatever pizza we wanted. We also had the goulash soup. The service was excellent. We have been going to Vitos for 8 years now. I have reviewed it before, and it was excellent for the money. Things have changed. New owners, new management new chefs? I am not sure. The last time we were there, we had the fish and chips. Usually, they are the best in town. That time, they were overcooked and almost inedible. We decided, about 2 months later, to give them another go. This time, they weren't busy. They brought out our main course only about 2 minutes after we sat down with our salads from the salad bar. I literally walked behind our waitress to go to the salad bar as she was walking to put our order in. Anyhow, when I asked our waitress about the lack of coordination, she was indifferent if not defensive, perhaps a bit of both. It's such a shame, having waisted a birthday celebration on such deplorable service. As far as the food goes. The salad bar was good, 2 of our party of 4 , self included, boxed ours to go the other 2 in our party liked theirs. I will never go back. read more

My Husband and I went for lunch to try their buffet for the first time. The staff was super friendly. Our waitress was on everything and provided excellent service. The buffet consisted of the soup de jour, being split pea. They also had three types of pizza and a great salad bar. I was able to make my own antipasto with the wide array of ingredients they offer for $11. The even had pudding, yougurt and peaches for dessert. I would have given them five stars but their wine and beer are a little expensive at $16 for a pitcher and $16 a liter for house wine. read more

We are new to the area and were craving pizza. As you can see, I'm an Elite Yelper so I rely on Yelp and most definitely read between the lines if there are only one or two bad reviews. Since we're new, we have a pet that has extreme separation anxiety so my husband is stuck at home with him 24/7. Therefore, all we can do at this point is take out orders. I phoned in my order and within 15 minutes it was ready and the smell haunted me all the way home. We are used to thin crust but I wasn't asked what type of crust we preferred so when I got it home we weren't sure we were going to like it too much because it was a bit thicker than we're used to. Well, no need to look any further for a new pizza/Italian restaurant, Vito's is IT! The pizza, the sauce and the crust were excellent, not too thick, it was amazing!
