The better solution to eating your pizza might be sitting in your car (cool days) or under the tin roof outside (hot days). It was fun to see individuals tossing the pizza dough over their head. No frozen crusts that you usually see at most restaurants these days. The food. Well, picking up the box is your first clue... it's heavy! Wonderful sauce... the kind pizzas were intended to have, perfectly spiced. The cheese had this delightful crust on it from being fired at the perfect temperature. The pizza is absolutely superlative... It was well worth the few extra minutes to drive to Golden Valley... especially if you're on a quest, like us, to find the perfect pizza. I think we find it here. Love the pizza boxes! Very cool. The owners have a great sense of humor, you'll catch on, especially if you look at one of the pizza names. Sauce tastes homemade. It's a really good pizza. We took a detour to get out here, and we are not sorry, and we'll do it again without a second thought. Was absolutely not worth $14. 2 bites and I was done.. Ordered a flaming Cadillac margarita. Anything but a flaming margarita. I asked when served where is the flame? Pointed to a blue flame the size of a pencil eraser. That was barely going. Normal it's has a soaked slice of lime in 151 rum for the flame. Bartender gets an F As for the other items it was nothing to rave about. The meal was close to $90 and the manager knew we were not pleased. I gave the server a huge tip for this pile of garbage as it's not the servers fault that the cook was not a cook. The manager was impressed with the tip and said I didn't have to do that. I told him everyone needs to pay bills. Tip wasn't the problem. The food was. I explained I wouldn't ever eat there again. And knowing me I wouldn't recommend to anyone to try out the place. After 72 years dining this takes the prize of horrible food. I don't like posting this, I can turn the cheek and move on. But just common sense didn't play any part in how the food was cooked and served.
