I seriously thought it was child abuse and did say something to the nail tech. The baby screamed the entire time I was there. The place looks unkept and unclean. Shame on the parents for allowing the kids into the salon, it's unsafe and unhealthy for them. It is not a "spa" relaxed feeling with your kid crying, screaming and running thru the shop.
