As I approached the balloon station, a bearded male staff immediately assumed my inquiry as I was about to make a formal inquiry. He was irate and immediately snarled at me, "we are out of balloons! We are tapped out!" I pleaded kindly if I could buy some a pack of latex balloons and have them inflate in-store (after purchase). He rudely refused and I walked away empty handed and full of disappointment. The staff on duty on a Friday evening are very rude and unprofessional.
