I've also tried the White Heat and Classic Pep I usually get this when they're at LA Ale Works You have to have patience because it's fresh made on the spot but it's so worth it! The crust is nice and crusty, the sauces taste so fresh and the jalapeños are always spicy! There are only a couple of things I wish were available and that's a buzzer or text system to let you know your food is ready since it's usually loud around the truck and hard to hear your name getting called The other thing you give up is the ability to try more than one type of pizza unless you're in a group read more

Vivace's food truck was present at the KCRW Chinatown Nights this year. The main reason I chose to buy pizza from Vivace was because of their impressive looking oven. Pros: (1) The pizza was good, but nothing special. (2) However, you could tell that using their glorious oven DID make a difference for the the texture and taste of the crust. I approve of the the thin crust. (3) Also, the employee that took my order was easygoing and humorous. (4) My pizza was ready in about 10 minutes; the service was fast. Cons: For ~16 bucks (including tax), the pizza quantity did not match the cost charged. Although I like thin crust pizza, it made the amount of pizza one received even less. One person could comfortably eat one of their 11 inch pizzas without feeling full. It's overpriced. Very delicious pizza with a sourdough crust and wonderful blackened blisters, lots of pepperoni and a great sauce to toppings ratio. I think Vivace may be my favorite pizza in LA that I've had so far. I follow them on Instagram to see when they are nearby and when they are, I make it a point to visit them. Usually if they are in the South Bay they stop at Brouwerij West so you can pick up some delicious Neapolitan style pizza out of their mobile brick oven and enjoy a beer from the brewery. Vivace was near my apartment complex the other night and I was tired of leftovers and strangely craving pizza (been awhile since I had a good slice). I ordered an 11" Margherita and added sausage. Pizza was piping hot and fresh. I had every intention of only eating a portion and saving some but it was too good. I ate the entire pie lol. Came out to LA Brewery for their family day here in Van Nuys. There was a wide variety of food trucks so I decided to check theirs out. What stood out is the giant wood fire stove in the middle of a food truck. I had ordered the Margherita pizza. The menu definitely lacks meat options, but definitely holds a Rome vibe with the simple pizzas. Many pizzas without sauces "bianca" and "pomodoro". We hired the Vivace pizza truck for the late night portion of our wedding. It was a HUGE HIT! We had nearly 200 guests and they all looooved the pizzas. They were the perfect size (about the size of a paper plate)--easy to bring onto the dance floor, easy to eat on your own if you wanted to or share. Their truck is beautiful--double decker with that red wood burning oven. The lights are pretty and you just can't get more elevated and cool than this truck! You pay close to $16 for a personal size pizza. That is way too expensive. You can go to another pizza place on Westwood and pay less than $10 for a much bigger pizza. Great pizza. Nasty server. I was just given the rudest service I've seen in a long time. 6:45pm on 12/22/19, private event. Just saw the girl grab a pizza box out of a plastic bag of them above the storage cabinet. I asked her if I could buy a box from her. She got nasty to me and said, "We don't have any boxes!" So I told her I just saw her with one. She wouldn't even look at me. Just said in her nasty tone, "WE DON' T HAVE ANY BOXES!" She outright lied to me.
