Beware!!!!!! Poor Customer Service!!!! I had ordered a shower chair from them, and it did not fit my needs. I tried to return it unused but I had opened the box. The customer service reps I spoke with where very rude and only offered a store credit. Even after I explained that I would not purchase anything else from their website. I do have a call back request for a manager but was told by the rep that she would tell me the same thing. Re: a 3-wheel scooter Mob1025... Purchased over phone, where I was more or less led to believe I was talking to Pride Mobility, a visible confusion that no one ever saw fit to correct. At first use, after briefly navigating in grocery aisles, I was stunned by how soon the indicator light turned from green to blinking red. Numerous calls to Customer Service followed, where they convinced me the problem was the indicator.. not the battery. I soon discovered the difficulty and risk in following this remove-and-replace approach, due to poor alignment of screws and housing. So, I let the matter rest, since all of my uses would be short, and the scooter still seemed to run an adequate distance.. even when blinking red.., not to mention that new battery pack was not offered at Amazon.. surprisingly. After a chance purchase of a new battery on ebay (an opportunity to check my analysis), I installed this new battery pack.. and duplicated my maiden voyage. This time, instead of an almost immediate drop to blinking red, it stayed on green the entire trip. I ordered a commode and liners for my mom. My mom was hospitalized the next day after the order was placed and does not seem like she will be going back home. I contacted Vive Health a week later about returning the packages. They simply asked for a picture of the sealed box in order to proceed with the return of the item, which I sent. The next day, Vive Health replied. A refund was issued the following day and I did not need to return the items because of their size. The customer service was outstanding and exceptional. It does not break down enough in size and weight for an elderly person to put in the back of a car. never opened the box because of the weight . This company has amazing products! I have already blasted their name and products out to my Facebook groups for the pressure mattress pad because it improved my sleep dramatically after back surgery. I know they are for bed sores but they also prevent constant pressure on incisions and surgical sites in the back. I spoke with Pam, Pamela Martinez, and she was an amazing help with getting me into a smaller, more transportable Walker. It is the Rollator Walker. STAY AWAY!! I am always leery of buying other than Amazon because these guys make returns very difficult. They make you take a pic of the box before they issue you a label to return an item! And moreover, after I did that, they said they would take a few days to send me the label...what the heck?? Who takes days of time to send you a label to ship back a product? That should be done instantly! After 2 days of not getting the label I had to waste time calling them and said I would not hang up until I got the label emailed to me! I even sent follow-up emails about the label which they never responded to. And i got a cushion for the knee walker and she was trying to not refund me for the cushion since she said it was personal but when she sold the item to me she said I could return both! Ordered an over the door shoulder pulley from Amazon and from the picture and description, it was supposed to have the nylon webbed strap. Instead, we got one with the metal hook that goes over the door. When I contacted Vive to tell them we did not get the item that was listed on Amazon the response I got from Alexis was "Thanks for contacting Vive Health. Unfortunately, we don't have the webbed strap version. Let us know if you have any more questions." Poor customer service and false advertising. I would give them zero stars if possible. read more

I was happy with my walker from Vivehealth until about a month ago when I expressed to them that the wheels in the front were not working right. They had me send them videos and still pictures and then they said that since the warranty for the wheels expired thirty days after I received it that they couldn't help me told me to find someone who could adjust the wheels.The warranty is still good on the other parts but not the wheels the most important part of the walker.So now I have to find another walker for my rehab. Any suggestions? Just don't use Vive Health they're the flim flam company . My insurance didn't cover this type of walker so I paid 224 dollars out of my pocket and I can't use it after only 5 months.I'm not sending anymore customers to them I'm going to steer them away instead. I contacted Vive regarding the correct size replacement cane tip for my Vive bariatric cane. I received a prompt response from Laura saying that the 3/4" tips were correct for my cane. I ordered 2 new Vive 3/4" replacement tips but they did not fit when they arrived. When I compare them to the original tips (one worn and one brand new from a second cane), the OEM tips appear to be more like 7/8" and are both wider at the base and taller. In general more substantial. I replied to Laura's email with pictures explaining that the 3/4" tips did not work. Sara responded this time. She was surprised they didn't work and asked for my cane model which I sent in. I also sent in my invoice so they would know exactly which tips I ordered. Sara responded and offered to send a free replacement cane tip because the cane was still under warranty. I feel that both Sara and Laura were very prompt in their responses and helpful. I really appreciate them sending me a new cane tip. At a higher level though I don't understand why Vive can't just tell me the model number for the "correct" tip that matches the one that came with my cane. But that is not a knock on Sara or Laura and like I said, I found them both to be very prompt and helpful. read more

Ordered a long handle shoe horn for the mother in law on November 26. Was told it would ship out that day if order was in the morning. It did not ship out and the rep Kim said it did. We had purchased a compact toilet rail for my father but determined this was not the best option for him and subsequently ordered a stand-alone rail. Luis did a great job facilitating the replacement front part of my scooter, He just did a fine job making sure I had everything correct. My complaint with two other things out of Luis control was one ,Your shipping dept. sucks ,when the order showed up .the box was 95 % destroyed holes everywhere the end were the label was half torn because there was only 2 pieces of a small Styrofoam block that did not secure the scooter the back actually had the left back hanging out of the box about 2 in. took pictures and sent them to Luis, the box had gotten wet and the entire end was in so bad a shape that I could never reused it to send it back to you. how it ever got here is no less a miracle ,when the UPS driver dropped it he didn't even ring the door bell. I do have cameras and it caught him running for his truck before I could open the door ,by the time I did he was speeding off at a high rate of speed. So I called your number to ask what am I supposed to do with no box to return it.The guy on the other end said go to home Depot and purchase a box.They do not carry any thing close to the dimensions that I required So I went to Lowes ,they had a heavy duty wardrobe box that worked ,That cost me 21.dollars.I believe that if your Shipping Dept. had just taken the correct time and material that and stuffing to secure the scooter the box would have been fine. the return box is heavy duty ,and the scooter is secured so it won't move, all corners of the box are extra reinforced the sides are reinforced top and bottom are reinforced even though the scooter itself is not operable because of the plastic platform being totally cracked. Having worked my entire working carer in the engineering field .It is my opinion that the base of the scooter that supports the feet and the steering needs to be strengthened much more than it is.Relying on one single ridge plastic a half inch tall is ridiculous. That whole area needs redesigning doubling or quadrupling it the answer. read more

I have purchased several products from Vive and have not been disappointed until receiving the 16 inch suction cup grab bar. One of the suction cups did not hold the bar in place. I contacted Vive by email and requested the procedure for exchanging the product, however Mary could not offer the assistance - the first day she advised to try placing on a mirror and see if there is a problem. I had the same result. I advised Mary, who then requested a photo of the grab bar. I could not understand why a photo would be required in order to return for an exchange but sent one for her review. Horrible company!! I broke my foot and ordered one of their scooters as I was trying to support a small company vs just buying through Amazon. Sadly, that was a big mistake. The knee scooter has zero turning radius. After hiring someone to put it together so I could try it in my house, and then take it apart and pack it back up to ship back to them, I contacted Vive Health's Customer Service. I emailed them within an hour of receiving the scooter and realizing that it wouldn't work to tell them I wanted to return it. I also told them that I never received the additional knee pad I ordered. The only email I received back stated that I did receive the knee pad (not true). I then called them the very next day and the customer service agent tried to get me to keep the defective scooter for a 30% discount. When I said it was unusable, he then told me they were going to charge me a 20% restocking fee!! So, that adds to about $60 for a $300 purchase! They refused to give me the address to ship it back to or provide me a label. They want to charge me for shipping it back (on top of the outrageous restocking fee!). They also asked me to rehire the guy I paid $120 to put the scooter back together so I can take a video to prove the lack of turning radius and usability. This is a ridiculous request of a company, especially one who deals with disabled and handicapped clientele! Never thought I'd say this, but do yourself a favor and buy through Amazon so you can return defective or unusable products without the headache or cost! Never buy from this company!! read more

The ice machine is wonderful, but, the instructions say to drain the machine after use which is very difficult and time consuming. Contact with customer service was easy and helpful. I ordered my second scooter from Vive, due to a problem with the first one. I already had to replace the battery and now it will not even move. It makes a loud rubbing noise when going forward or in reverse. I have sent a video, texted and called several times with nothing being done, except to get a run around! The product is fine...I really like the lightweight aspect as I can easily carry it around and change locations and I like the fact that it is foldable. However, I was unable to screw the knob into the opening which controls the resistance. I had several workman try to do it and they told me the knob was broken. Vive Health vey nicely offered to send me a new bike without having to return the original one. Now the replacement bike arrived and this time the resistance knob was omitted from the box altogether. I don't think this is too impressive. Vie Health is now sending me the resistance knob but I have to wait another 5-7 days. If this knob is defective also I will ask for a refund. read more

The platform seems to be working well but both resistance bands that come with the unit have broken after about 2 weeks of usage. They are sending replacement bands, but if these are the same ones I don't expect them to last long. read more
