I really liked that you can customize the sweetness of the tea because I often find them too sweet. The staff were friendly and I enjoyed the tea as well as the snacks. There were so many options to choose from, it took a bit of time for me to order. I got the Vivi Bubble Milk Tea with tapioca, less ice, and 30% sugar. Tea was good and the drink wasn't too sweet which I liked. Boba consistency was good too, very chewy. We got our drinks quickly after ordering. When we got our drinks, most of the tables were full but we managed to sit at a small one. The inside is very bright, pink, and cutesy. And the girl at the counter was friendly. Getting here, it took a while to find parking since it was pretty busy. Overall, I felt like my drink was good but not amazing. Maybe I'll have to order a special drink or their food next time. We went to Vivi just before they closed expecting to be told they'd have limited options so close to their closing. They were so accommodating and told us we could order anything we wanted. We were also planning to rush out to not keep them late, but they let us know they would be cleaning for a while and to take our time eating and drinking. They even gave us a free bubble tea. I am a lover of bubble teas and the ones that VIVI makes are great. I went for the Mango and Yakult drink which is super smooth and tasty. I customized my sugar level to 70% which is still sweet but not overwhelming. The experience visiting the store however leaves a lot to be desired. The bathrooms when I visited were closed and blocked with tables , I asked if I could at least wash my hands and I was told no. We drank our teas in the shop and the ambiance was not great as they play Spotify with adds on the Speakers, which is kind of annoying. Maybe get a premium subscription? It seems like a great place to bring kids if they are interested in this type of drink. They also had a small selection of food if you're hungry. One of the fun things to do was they had a stinky note wall filled with art and messages from the community and tourists, so you can add your own note while you're there! Don't like milk tea?
