This place was very interesting. I walked in and there was nobody at the front desk and waited about 10 minutes. And then decided to make a little bit of noise and then a girl came out to greet me. I waited like five minutes for my designated provider and she was very nice. The only thing is, they did make my eyebrows a little bit more narrow when I didn't want that. I guess my feedback would be to maybe show me first what you are going to do before you do it. I've been seeing Leona for several years now, and ashamed to say- only now writing a review- but this woman deserves to be praised. First, the space she creates- and I've seen her in two locations over the years- is always spotless, but more so, it's inviting, comfortable, and bright. Leona herself is always full of energy and greets you with a warm smile. Her positive energy is contagious! I have seen Leona for her waxing services- from brows to Brazilian and then some!
