Terrible company on the whole with no business etiquette and completely non-working return policy. Ordered some simple kick panels with speaker pods for 1971 Mustang from them, one arrived cracked in several places, which I could see from the clear plastic wrap without taking it out, box was fine though, took a gazillion pictures for them to illustrate the case and point. Most likely not a shipping damage issue, more of a factory, manufacture or storage type issue although they continued to maintain it was a shipping problem and asked me to file claim (external box and internal wrapping were perfectly fine and in tact). Went back and forth with Vivid Racing and their 3rd party outfit CA Pony (product vendor) for well over a month with a huge email trail, what a waste of my time, finally filed a PayPal Claim for this transaction and then sometime afterwards they reluctantly approved a Return for a Refund. But where I Pay Return Shipping out my pocket expense (I had 0 to do with issue from day 1), so shipping cost actually prohibited the return being worthwhile or having any value-add at this point. And by this time honestly I was so aggravated and fed up with this dysfunctional company, that had thrown the broken panel out in the trash and used my 51y old panel instead to complete the installation. Will never do business again with these unorthodox poorly run company. What should they have done ? Simple, allowed me to exchange or return said item giving me a shipping label to do so or drop shipped one replacement panel would have been real simple and I would have even paid for the shipping on it...But no, they had to complicate and break any viable return process repeatedly instead of facilitate what could have been a simple business transaction. read more

Called 6 x over 2 days. They placed my order on hold because they raised the price $100 after I already purchased it. They never answered the phone and each time I waited anywhere between 15 and 30 mins I got hung up on! I finally got through on a online chat and they refused to honor pricing and they didn't even offer to make things right or correct the website pricing. What a scam and to top it off I found the same item on Horse power freaks .com and guess what??? Appears Vivid owns them as well..... neither CEO's where available for comment... could not escalate to a complaint call and my order was cancelled and I was promptly dismissed. Turns out this place does not honor their mistakes. On their website they had seats listed at a price which i purchased and got charged for that price. Then i contact them to make sure i get a passenger and driver seat since there was no option and it turns out they said i had to pay regular price for the seats, even though i already paid the price that was posted online. I asked them if they could honor it and was told it was not a grocery store. Horrible customer service. Take your money elsewhere. I wasnt even offered to rebuy the seats at a discount or anything even thought they made the mistake. They should pay attention next time instead of wasting peoples time. I paid $1800 for a steering wheel that did not come as told. I would expect that when you pay a nice penny, you'll get exactly what you're wanting. Unfortunately, I found out the hard way after spending that much money, and them having your money.... The distance grows when trying to get in touch with your representative (mine was Eric Gonzalez) that was originally helping you out. I bought a steering wheel from them and I own a BMW. They made me feel very certain and reassured that the wheel I was purchasing from them would include a welcome image for BMW's when the steering wheel LCD powers up. After taking it to a shop to have it professionally installed, we found out that the steering contained other car brands, EXCEPT BMW. Bought a 2,500.00 exhaust system. When it arrived, it wasn't damaged in shipping, but missing parts and the main mounting flange was warped when it was welded from heat distortion. Where to start. I searched around for a train horn i was looking to purchase to find the best deal and stumbled upon vivid racing. They had a really good deal on the kit i wanted so i purchased it. After a few days i got an email stating the manufacturer "changed the price" and because of this the product i paid $570 for was going to be $1,100. ELEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS nearly double!! They told me if i wanted my item i would have to pay the difference. What a joke. I went on to hornblasters website and the msrp on the kit i wanted is $788. How do you justify not only trying to charge me double your advertised price, but also over $300 of the msrp??? I replied stating i believe it would be the ethical business practice to honor the price stated on their website as the price was literally still there, and instead of replying and apologizing or stating this is not something they could or would be willing to do. Ordered my TE37 Sagas White Rays in November of 2018, and it's a custom made order and was being made from Japan and it took over 12 weeks to be made and shipped but I am so happy to say I am happy and excited. My wheels are so beautiful and sexy. When Fedex sent me the text saying they were done I was flying down there to pick them up. I paid over $3500 for these wheels, and they were worth every cent. Throughout the long wait Brianna P, was there emailing me and answering my calls and letting me know the status of the wheels and everything. I know I was a pain in her butt but she never got mad at me or anything she was always ready to help and give me the news I wanted it hear. Ordered a part and paid for two day shipping. No receipt of the part being shipped out. Just a notice that its being processed. Tried calling and was on hold for over 20 minutes. Emailed customer service a couple of times and got no response. Went on live chat and cancelled the order. Finally got an email cancellation confirmation a day later. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. They did a reasonable job of setting up a dropship for a wheel, easily the easiest thing to do in the industry. However, the wheel arrived damaged. 45 days later there is no resolution. The customer service is a complete joke and not on the level a company of this size should have. It took them 6 weeks to submit a shipping claim with UPS, this is after I was told multiple times by Cait Lienart that it had already been submitted starting the week I received it. I was lied to by another representative stating that a manager named Tiffany had been informed of the situation and would contact me with a resolution/follow-up that day, 7 days later no contact from Tiffany.
